Some people used to like Leaburn because he worked for the team but rarely scored while others seem to think that misbie was a decent striker because he scored a hat trick against liverpool, remind me 17 goals in 10 seasons ???????? I have to admit that I do find myself moaning at BWP sometimes. I know he's a top player but he can just be so frustrating at times with his touch and it makes me want to tear my hair out. It's obvious to see he's a low on confidence at the moment as that 'shot' that went off for a throw was very unlike him. He'll come good again though, I'm absolutely sure of it.

You obviously do ! Yes one poor effort second half ....what about the equaly embarrasing attempt at a pass by wiggins that miscued for a throw. Don't pick up on one mistake look at his overall game, did he have a clear chance ? No ! Is Wiggins the best left back in the league ? I would say so but he will still make a mistake now & again.
BWP is as good as we will get & even though he isn't scoring still makes a valuable contribution to the team creating space to allow others to get in scoring positions.

Weren't ours for handball (x2) and timewasting too? Whereas they were charging through the back of our players - the forwards especially and getting away with it virtually everytime. Ah well, the three points is what matters in a game like that.

Not really, he barely claimed and none of our players did. Write to the FA about it.
The last few games have been pretty scrappy and we have ground out results. Once we start playing the type of football that we showed earlier in the season, he will get the service and continue to score more goals. Had the wind well and truely knocked out of his sails against that big bas---d yesterday with that early challenge! Have faith in the lad.
Would be good to put him on the bench for a few matches but we have got 2 massive matches against the two sheff clubs and you know that if he gets a chance he will take it. If he performs poorly in the two sheff matches SCP should drop him to the bench for a couple of matches and give Hayes a change to play alongside Yann.
The problem with BWP is that looking disinterested is part of his game- he is constantly trying to trick defenders and gets through more work than he is often given credit for. He is a player who thinks about what he is going to do before he gets the ball and tries the unconventional which doesn't always come off but when it does something can happen out of nothing. It is the recipe to get the better of mediocre defenders and I'm sure he'll be close to 30 goals by the end of the season..
I don't think it does not do to scrutinise too much a flair player like he is. We are lucky to have him, that is all I know. If people start to get on his back and it forces him to change- we have half the player.
We would not be where we are now without BWP. Why would CP drop him when he is our best striker! I wonder if Guardiola thinks of dropping Messi if he hasn't scored or set up a goal for Barca?
I think we all need to chill about Bradley , and get off his case , i'm sure Chris Powell is more than aware of whats going on , i really wish we'd rest him for the Fulham game , and 'unleash' him against Sheff Utd , please give Bradley a rest Chrissie Powell!
