bottom line is that its a bigger ground and when its bursting at the seams and all is going well it is capable of being far noisier than it was then so lets concentrate on how it can be. Since it was built, we had the moribund prem mid table monotony (which we are all of course grateful for) and then the relegation years. Once the new north has seen a couple of promotions, then we will see what its really capable of.

At the time most on this board were in the covered end, we had got back to the valley, had a group of players that loved the club, a stable manager and a youth set up that was spewing out first team players. I think now is the first season since then that we have those things, or are looking to see these things happen (apart from coming back to the valley of course). Lets see what the next few seasons will hold, very exciting times indeed!
