  • Checked on the Football Grounds Guide and they charge £40 Cat A, £35 cat B and £30 Cat C for league games.

I can imagine some interesting debate going on currently between the clubs over the prices

They've changed the rules in the FA Cup. Away clubs have no say on pricing any more, but there is a minimum of £15 for adults. I'd be surprised if it went beyond £15/£20 as Fulham know their own fans wouldn't come, but I have no information on that.
  • 278 comments and we do not even know what day the match is, ticket price or allocation.

Expect this thread to go orbital when the restrictions on purchasing are announced.

    :-)

  • Houston, we have a problem... With getting tickets!! ;o)

Cheers, was surprised at how much they charged for league games.  Then again we charge £25 (something I agree with) now.

    £15 or £20 and I would go.  £30 and I'd think twice.
  • Agreed. £20 seems about right although if they are reading this, i can't see us taking more than a few hundred if it's anything over £15.

Not a chance mate.  We will take at least 3k whatever the price

  • yeh come off it, we'll take 3k maybe more, but it won't be 30quid. Thats a category c prem game. a cup 3rd round game against a league on team will be significantly lower demand from their perspective and charlton will want affordable prices too. itll be circa if not exactly 20quid, which is spot on.

not sure there should be too much panicking on tickets though, sounds like we'll have a hefty allocation
  • Putney end holds 7,200, so plenty of seats.

They'll charge £15 or £20, this isn't a Premier League game where there selling to tourists

I think the operative words were "if they are reading this"
  • They charge 15/20 for most of their European games. They have a real trouble selling the Cup to their 12/13k fanbase. Won't be more than 20.
  • So if they struggle to fill the home end is there any chance they will give us anymore than 6000.
Need these to go on general sale!

  • Can't see us shifting 6,200 before general sale, not exactly playing Arsenal, Chelsea, Man Utd etc.
  • We'll take a lot there, don't get this constant talking down

if this is aimed at me I just said I couldn't see us shifting 6,200 before general sale, I do think we could sell that though as long as prices are reasonable.
  • why on earth are they not just going on general sale

    correct.
  • I'll be having to wait until general sale unless anyone wants to get me tickets :)

    Can't wait for this game!
  • Was sms'd the draw as I landed in Dubai...wish I was going, and yes we will sell whatever they give us for this one in my opinion......shame its not on live tv as there would be a slight chance of seeing it here then.....oh well.

    COYR

  • As fulham and Chelsea are both at home I'm pretty sure it will be Chelsea Portsmouth which will be moved to Sunday and a tv game rather than ours
  • Why is it taking so long to publish ticket prices?

The Post office wanted Michael Stewart to deliver mine, but he thought he woudl get a job at DHL. When that didnt materialise he went back to the Post Office but they laughed at him and said Jog On fella
  • Just been speaking with a Fulham fan. He said when Wilsa Krakov played there this season in the UEFA Cup they were allocated the usual away end but due to high demand were also given a section of the stand that is opposite the dug outs. This could mean we are allocated even more than the expected 6000.

Will be interesting to see how many we take.
