Erm, No. I dont quite get how that has anything to do with my dad looking like Vetere. We dotn have a milkman and never have, so no i do not look like the milkman
This, to me, is the biggest statement of intent so far by the club. Putting in place this sort of infra-structure (not cheap) underpins where the new owners want to take the club and can only be extremely positive.

Which is good as it means the Mysterons are looking long term but will not satisfy those who want instant action and instant success.
I don't think that most on here are neccessarily looking for instant action/success just some kind of statement of intent. As one who has looked at the transfer dealings (in admittedly early days) with pessimism , these developments have certainly provided some optimism that we are in fact heading in the right direction.
Have to say I am quite impressed that Slater and Jiminez have done this restruturing, not like many takerovers which are seemingly done for the short term so I'm very encouraged at this, especially long term when hopefully we will see the benefits. Theres also now alot of experience around the club which can help Powell into management so I'm pleased.
On the face of it I'm well pleased with today's news. As others have said it puts in place long term plans which to me is very important for our club and indicates that, although they might have an eye on the profit margin at some time in the future, they recognise that we have always been a club that has thrived on bringing through it's own and is well regarded in this respect. This is something that I think we took our eye off during the Premiership years (at least towards the end anyway) and so far I can only be encouraged by the new structure announced.
Maybe not a majority Bob but some want all the signings done now and the team playing great football from the off. Even a few dodgy pre-season results will bring down their wrath on Powell.
And that's just the ones who haven't already decided Powell isn't up to the task or worse.

Paul Hart has a proven track record developing youngsters.
Maybe just not cut out to be a manager.
Excellent signing for us.

Why is Prince Jeff the smackhead wearing a bin liner under his jacket?
Is this part of the new strategy?
This exactly
