Has not only been training with us, but specifically with the first team squad. Great technique, apparently - or am I showing my age by not calling it tekkers?
Letting Anyinsah go could come back to bite us- yes he was extremely fragile but showed enough to suggest that it was worth a punt on another season but with the right prep etc...
I think this is the place to put this as it is not FR

Skysports.com understands there is mounting interest in securing the signature of Charlton defender Miguel Llera.
As revealed last month, the Spaniard is set to leave the Addicks when his contract expires at the end of the season. It is understood SPL outfit Motherwell, along with Tranmere and Scunthorpe, are monitoring developments concerning the central defender, who would be available on a free transfer. The 32-year-old, who joined Charlton on a free transfer in the summer of 2009 after leaving MK Dons, has struggled to hold down a regular place in the side this term, making just 18 appearances.
Discussions regarding new deals have taken place with a number of Addicks who are out of contract at the end of June, the club announced on Friday afternoon.
But the futures of eight senior players - Christian Dailly, Jose Semedo, Therry Racon, Kyel Reid, Joe Anyinsah, Miguel Llera, Jonathan Fortune and Kelly Youga - have yet to be fully resolved.
The contracts of all eight players run until June 30th and, as is standard practice with players nearing the expiry of their deals, their names will appear on the list of released players publicised by the Professional Footballers' Association.
However, manager Chris Powell and Addicks officials have discussed future possibilities with some of the octet.
Some official news at last but seems to fly in the face of what at least three players have said on their own Twitter feeds. The truth is out there somewhere.
If that's the situation what else could they say? They can't win really.
I suppose they could spice it up for us... "Yeah, we're gonna get Messi... and Buffon... oh, and Iniesta..."
I find it strange that they've said anything at all to be honest. I don't think they normally do this early and there isn't much point in releasing news that there is no news just because it's perceived as what some fans want. If nothing has been decided there isn't much to report.

Let's moan that there is no news. Then let's moan that the news we are given is crap.
Seriously, what do people expect?
"We've offered Player X a new deal worth £2k a week because we're absolutely desperate for him to stay, but he's mulling it over because Club Y are also interested and now we've made public our intentions and offer we will probably lose out or have to pay considerably more"
From the Charlton v Bournemouth (also 2010/11 Club Handbook:
....." The Kent-based 20 year old, who signed a new one-year contract at the club in July,"......
This refers to Scott Wagstaff.
I hope we keep him. His work ethic is exactly what we need to get out of this division and could also enable him to progress into another John Robinson.
He played most of last season and scored a few goals but his all round games is not very good he goes missing for most of the game I think he is a player we need to replace IF we want to progress out of this league
I agree in part with your sentiment smiffyboy but think competition is what we need, not a replacement.
He performed at a far higher level when he had Lee Martin knocking on the manager's door than he did when he had Nathan Eccleston who for whatever reason was denied a chance on the right and so we practically only had one RM in the squad.
