  • Weird and I severely doubt he would be coming back.

Maybe his time with us has just turned him into a massive Addicks fan? He absolutely loved all the crowd approaching him at the first Welling pre-season he played in...
  • He hasn't found a club, maybe still lives in the area so possibly at the game as a fan or just taking in some football.

Doubt we would want him as a player though.
  • I remember that welling pre-season pitch invasion, he was loving it!
  • Strage, I do wonder if CP has reopened the door for him. He would have known him well from his playing days, and since all the trouble occured, the manager and CEO have changed. There was definitely talent there, if not as a right back, as a right sided midfielder.
  • whose mum was it anyway ?

  • Damn! I've been washing the car with my shirt with his name on the back!
  • He was definately there again - sat in the lower west and using the Millenium lounge - so probably had concession tickets. I always thought he had real potential with his pace and crossing ability. Supposedly had bit of an attitude problem... Think he could be brought on by good coaching - and he's also a few years older so may have become a bit more "sensible".
  • No thanks, lets sign players we're confident should fit in, have the right character etc. He had something about him yes but wasn't so talented that we can't find someone similar if we want that type of player. Have to wonder why he's still without a club as well.
  • Chances are that no club has met his wage demands; he's heard that we have a tiny bit more money than we did, so he's come looking for a new deal?

  • I bet his 'mates' are watching him...
  • Can anybody whisper me what he was supposed to have done - with a probability rating/comment attached.

Never saw him play in the flesh but if he and his attitude were not good enough b4 we would be really stupid to go back.

I wouldnt mind knowing this. Pass it on Cordoban if someone tells you!
  • allededly a training ground bust up with another player (Harry Arter) and rumours that he shagged another players Mum. Think the first happened, not so sure about the second.

Is that all! And I thought the reason I never made it as a footballer was because I was talentless.

The real questions here are who won out of Arter and Yassin and what players mum was it?

Don't know the answer to the first, but have heard some rumours of *an edited* connection regarding the second... ;-)
  • I remember being furious Yassin never got a look in ahead of Cranie and Halford who were both useless.

    Sorry

    :(
  • no worries, sadly we have to be fairly guarded on such things.
  • How about no more discussion on a player who cost way too much, didn't perform andhas left?

I know other sites have had problems in the past, find it strange some people must just be looking on here every day to pick up comments.
  • I bet he turns up at Barnet next and does well for them.
  • Personally I would sign him on a 5 year pay as you play contract then never play him.
  • Not sure if I have ever seen anybody in a charlton shirt look more disinterested.
