Really behind with recent films. What's worth watching from past three years. Not horror or shoot em up.

I found "sluts with nuts" quite thought provoking

I did that for Black Swan, but I draw the line at doing it when someone asks about Fight Club and The Matrix!

Oh - and The Box was actually pretty decent. Not brilliant, but watchable.

If you refering to me i dont remember asking you at all.
What are you on about? The comment above was made to siblers!

My apologies. I'm getting a little paranoid as this week it seems to be my turn to be attacked on CL.

The Town is great, bit like Heat, not quite as good but not far off it either.
  • Just seen an advert for the Soundtrack Album to The Kings Speech.......

    Side One

    1) Barbara Anne
    2) Nineteen.........
  • Not a new film but currently on Sky Movies - Cemetery Junction.

Watched it last night, excellent. If you're looking for entertainment from a film rather than spending weeks working out what you've just watched then this is for you.

Set in 1973 in a Reading suburb this film by Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant tells the tale of three young men reaching maturity and confronting the situations that young adulthood throw up.
I must say the sets and locations are very authentic, as you'd expect from these two I guess. Some real loud laugh out moments but also so touching scenes too. Great characters, some to love, some to hate and a great soundtrack.

    Thoroughly recommend it.
