[cite]Posted By: ValleyGary[/cite]will never get over what happened at Colchester last season. worst performance ive seen from a professional footballer. actually, worst performance ive seen from any footballer.
Didn't he play that night when both injured and ill because of our shortage of bodies?
No wonder the likes of Youga have disappeared into a black hole if that attitude is typical of the reaction of our fans to a show of commitment to the cause.
Ha ha behave mate, we as paying punters who made the journey to Colchester that night to their stadium in the middle of nowhere, (i think some even missed kick off because it was such an arse to get to) should be thankful that Llera showed commitment to the cause in turning out whilst ill? Sorry but that's ridiculous, he was fit enough to be selected and he was total shit. And if he was so ill and injured as you say then why didn't Parky start with Sodje who came on for him later in the game.

Sodje hadn't had a pre season and wasn't match fit. That's why he didn't start.
Look at the fans reaction when Parky has played a player, Simon Francis, who hasn't had a pre season!

sorry len but i agree 100% with chris. to criticise me as a paying supporter before a paid player that turns in a performance like that is ridiculous.
Over and over and over again. More attacks on Miguel. Neither goal on Saturday was down to him yet he is obviously to blame. He is was he is, a 3rd division player. Doherty let the player go for the 2nd goal not Miguel. And if I remember rightly didn't he score our only goal in the 1st half whilst the forwards were missing chance after chance.
This a record that is well and truly broken.
It is not his fault that we are in this league it is others that have gone before. Does anyone remember Mark Hudsons performances and I'm fairly sure that he was on a lot more money than Miguel
Joking aside i dont know why we dont give him a go up front. All his criticisms seem to be at his defensive attributes yet he nets with his head and is strong so why not get him up front hassling defenders and knocking it on for others.?

And he has a quality shot on him... been saying this for the last season

Sodje was match fit; he had been waiting for his chance for the best part of a month on the bench. If he was not match fit he would not have come in for a run of games immediately after Llera performance that night.
Llera went to absolute pieces that night as Colchester really went at him; he was a total liability and was withdrawn with about 20 minutes to go. It was one of the worst individual performances I have seen from a player of ours. He did the same at Millwall later in the year.
