You also mention starting XI but people moan when he plays certain players and then when he does change he still gets pelters.

We're a third division team, with a third division manager and third division players. it's horrible but it's where we are at the moment.

Surprised he went 442, for the second half I would bring Reid on, put Bailey in the middle and take off either Burton, Sodje or Racon. Reid will draw Blizzard and Campbell, they will be down to 9 men after 15 mins. No threat down the left, solly a bit exposed

I'd actually take Akpo off for Reid and play Bailey up front with Burton.

Clearly not, but more than half of them would walk into any side in the league (or should be able to on paper). He might have had "no money to spend" but he's been given the license to keep an awful lot of talent that should be able to thrive at this, or a higher level. Let's please stop apologising for sub-standard performance. More than half our problem is complacency, IMO.

The glass half full brigade will point to 'no money to spend', 'we're still 3rd', 'we've only lost 4 games all season' but the fact is that on current form this team will not even make the play offs. Parky doesn't seem to know his best XI, the forwards get no service, we can't defend or keep clean sheets and we've signed 2 strikers in Mooney and Sodje who look utter rubbish right now.

Also, if any other club sacked a manager's who team was winning third in their respective league (any division) we'd be laughing our heads off.

If we don't go up then look elsewhere, doing it now would be absolutely mental.
