    I shouldn't worry, Mr Incorruptible.

We're still a few days away from the fixture, and the OS preview hasn't any more idea what the team will be for Monday, than we do on here.

And Parky won't let on at this point.

Maybe the OS should ask me Oggy ;-)

    Kiddies, don't believe the OS.
It's not true unless Uncle gives you the wink.

    ;o)
  • Dont forget chaps you cant predict the result from the league table.
I mean you dont think Man U fans see a forthcoming game against say Portsmouth as one they should win, do they?.
Oh, er...well I mean Newcastle dont expect to win against Plymouth...er hang on.

    No, I've changed my mind.
We have 18 points more than them. Therefore we are better. Therefore we should win. That is my expectation,
Disclaimer - results can go up as well as down

[cite]Posted By: LargeAddick[/cite]whether we win, lose or draw and whether we play well or badly everyone on CL will be positive and find no fault in the performance and insist we can still be Champions.

And if we win, they'll always be someone who'll say we were lucky, rubbish, ignore everything that was good and preach doom.

    ;o)

It'll probably be Large doing it too
  • Assuming Bartrams is open, don't know where to watch it
  • Made a last minute decision to go, get there early doors for the pub.. COYR
  • This could be the turning point in our season, one way or another, and we all need to give that little bit more on the run in.
    COYR!
  • Would like to feel optimistic but the truth is we are playing poorly and are not looking like scoring. We will concede and I fear lose this one 2 - 0

  • Vital game and with results going the way they did yesterday and too may draws, this feels like a must win. Parky has surprised me with his team selections in the last two so who know how we will line up tomorrow. Hope to see Burton start again and maybe it is time for Sam to replace Waggy who i think we all agree is best used as an impact player for now.

Bad omen that the game is on TV but we responded well to the last blip in league form, so hope this could be the start of a revival.

2-1 too us, Dickson to come off the bench and score the winner :0)
  • were gonna bash someone away soon.
  • Lennie's striker signing hasn't gone through plus there's still injury problems for him. But head and heart remain obstinately pulling in opposite directions. Just hoping for an early goal to bring in some confidence. COYR
  • We should be up for it tonight, chance to gain on Leeds and a chance to pull away from Swindon and Colchester.
  • I think we'll win comfortably.
  • I think we'll nick a win. Just hope we play well, cant handle keep getting stick off mates after we've been on tv and play shite.
  • Reid & Sam to win us the game attacking the two wings.
  • This is the first of 5 games that are arguably very winnable

I want 4 wins and a draw from them and I'd like to start off with 3 points tonight. They are not in particularly good form (not that we are) but we need it more than them right now

We need to start off showing that we want it more than they do.

    Nice one, Nathan!
PS: Don't forget to get off in Bristol.

    ;o)
  • Of course i will get off, its the end of the line. near swindon now
  • Come on Boys lets get it back on track tonight, despite our recent slump, were still there and not a million miles off dirty leeds!Obviously get the win in the bag first but what i would like to see within the result is a scoresheet full of strikers!
    Bristol Rovers 1 - 4 Charlton
    Duffy Burton (2)
    Mooney
    A. Sodje
  • Leaving for the Memo now - COYR!!!!!!
  • Almost exactly as RedArmySE7 said on the other page "I'll be rushing home from work to watch it so its nailed on 0-0!"

but I'll go for 1-1. Another late goal from Nicky Bailey and we'll nick a point.

I still can't quote from the page before. Am I doing something wrong?

Going to be fun tomorrow morning with a building full of Millwall fan's giving me a gentle ribbing. I'm really going off our matches being on the telly.

You can only quote from a previous page by manually editing the quote and cite tags.

If you want to do this, it's best to copy the text you wish the quote, go to the last page in the thread, click quote on a random post on that page, then type in the person you're quoting's name and paste in their quote. That's the only way to do it I think.

I'll be watching in The Old King's Head near London Bridge/Borough. Come on you reds!

    3-1 win for us.

Wish I was going down there, haven't missed an away game for a good while but the telly sitch has knackered me

Think we can nick it... but I say that pretty much every week!

4-5-1 Burton, Semedo, Sam and Solly in for Sodje, Shelvey, Wagstaff and Richardson.
  • If you aint go Sky then watch the match live on
