Keeper, who is he ? - if Randolph is worse than him then we have problems !!
Centre backs, kind of o.k - would still have Sodje over Llera
Full backs, don't get me started !, Youga (o.k out of position I know) woeful, Basey, so so slow !!!
Midfield - completely no existant, didn't even realise Spring was playing !!!
Forwards, felt sorry for Mooney, no support, balls smashed up to him from all over the park, needed help, possibly the worst I've seen Jonjo play (and I'm a big fan of his).
Subs, McKenzie must start sat up top with Mooney, Deon isn't fit !!!!...Holden, prepared to give him another go only because Sam is having a nightmare (not helped by those stupid boots which only draw attention to him)
All in all, only ever so slightly better than Sunday....off to bed now as I've run out of lager !!!
I don't have Sky so ended up watching part of Rochdale v Luton on ITV 4. Kevin Nicholls still can put a foot in and hits a decent corner. Rochdale have a forward called Charlie Dagnall who looks at least as good as anything we presently have.
The way things appear to be shaping up we could do worse!
I have come to the conclusion, and its an old cliche, that Parkinson and the club are not bothered about any cup competitions this season. His body language and the look on his face on Sunday before kick off was awful, and he seemed to have a sense of relief on his face last night when interviewed after the game, and was almost talking the team up after a very average performance.
It's the old adage that we can now concentrate on the league, and it no way excuses 2 very poor performances this week, but I do believe he could not give a toss, and his face and comments afterwards showed that to me.
Dailly again was superb, Llera did OK, Youga was like a headless chicken at some points but was steady, Shelvey non existent, Semedo gave the ball away a lot, and what the hell did Burton find so funny when he came on?
Holden, great cross for the goal, can only get better IMO, Waggy, average, Sam, better than Sunday, but still a show pony for me, Basey, steady enough but caught out of position a lot, Spring, apart from his long range efforts, rubbish, Mooney, cant stand on his own two feet (ok, it was wet, but bloody hell)
On reflection of last night it was disappointing but not heartless. We as a team challenged for everything but small lapses in concentration cost us dearly.
Yes we were not particulary adventurous for a cup game but then can you remember the last time we was?
The keeper finally settled after the 1st few minutes and came to catch a lot of balls into the area. yes maybe at fault for the 2nd but not an easy save.
Defensively thought basey looked to give the wide guy to much space, llera and dailey were ok, Youga solid if unspectacular would not want him filling in that position for too long.
Midfield well we had 5 semedo done the breaking up which wasnt to bad think sometimes he is a yard to slow when on the ball in releasing it, Waggy dissapointing I've been saying for weeks sam out waggy in well maybe not on last nights showing tried but to no effect. Spring missing, Sam not great usual but im not a fan.
Shelvey very quiet and the expression on his face after getting crunched was one of what the F***s going on here!!
The positives for me the forwards, All three looked usefull the 2 in there cameo roles and the young lad up front cleary needed support but was obviously looking to get in behind.
So start 2 up top Saturday and i feel we can more than give MK a game and get a result COYR's

I think the pre-match speclation is that Sodje's knee prevents him playing twice in a week. Still Llera looked ok and I like his enthusiasm.

We do not do cup runs.
We were pretty awful - outplayed and outclassed.
I think there are very few positives to take from this. Holden seemed ok after he settled. We don't seem to create anything without Burton.
We had odd spells of pressure late in the game and before their second goal but overall, pretty rubbish.
There's just no invention in the team at the minute.

Semedo & Shelvey look completely different players at the moment. Semedo just seemed to want to get rid of the ball as quickly as possibl to anyone.
Dailly seems to be the only player who is still playing his normal game.
Need Robbie back asap too.
