Cheers for the tip off Fad. I managed to get it for £2 brand new on ebay. It's ok, but not brilliant. For £2 though it's decent enough as a bit of background.
:-) read that and thought the same yesterday Stig. Was going to offer him one of my Hyde Park tickets...as much as I like Blur & New Order, I'm going mainly for The Specials!!
Reviews look very good, so have just ordered this - will let you know what I think. I am going through a melancholy time just now so it sounds perfect.

Don't think anyone does melancholy better. Even more stripped down than The Blue Nile work, mostly just piano and his voice. It's getting better with every listen and the only bad thing about this album is knowing how long it takes him to make another. There's a few tracks on You Tube if you can't wait. You won't be disappointed.
Took me a long while to get into Hats, but only because I had bought A Walk Across the Rooftops in 84 and loved it to bits. Hats seemed a little more commercial, but it's a brilliant album.
