The full version of James Brown's I Can't Stand Myself (When You Touch Me). His band on this was the white soul band The Dapps. Bassist Tim Drummond briefly joined Brown's regular band, the first white musician to do so. He went on Brown's tour of Vietnam to entertain the troops. And what a drum groove by William Bowman.
First Aid Kit is getting another good airing in this house recently, gotta say it is easy on the ear.
saw them on jools duets and duos, thought about getting. what's the title of the album you've got?
Sorry I only just seen this...
There's a couple, Stay Gold is the one that me mrs has had on recently and the other is from a few years ago called Drunken Trees. Both very good albums if you're into your folkish type of music
