    Another few to add:

Rage Against The Machine’s debut album
    Megadeth - Youthanasia
Queen - A Night At The Opera / A Day At The Races / Innuendo / Made In Heaven
  • Innuendo, liked the album hated the song about his cat 😺.
  • Dire Straits - Communiqué
John Martyn - Grace & Danger. Glorious Fool
    Jethro Tull -  Heavy Horses
    Richard Thompson - Celtsmerch, Amnesia
    Blackmore’s Knight - Autumn Sky
    Jimmy Lafave - Austin Skyline
Gerry Rafferty - North and South
Runrig - The Stamping Ground, The Big Wheel, In Search of Angels
Meatloaf - Bat Out of Hell
    Johhny Halyday - Rester Vivant
Mark Knopfler & Emmylou Harris - All The Road Running
    Mark Knopfler - Golden Heart
    Vince Gill - Okie
Joe Bonamassa - Blues of Desperation.
    Paul Simon - Graceland
    Michael Hedges Aerial Boundaries
    Capercaillie - Secret People
Elton John - Sleeping With The Past.

There are so many but the above spring to mind bearing in mind the strict criteria of being able to listen to the albums in their entirety without skipping. Some of the above artists have done better stuff but as entire albums these are up there for me.

Nice to see a couple of John Martyn here, would also add his One World, Bless the Weather and Inside Out albums.
  • There are loads but the latest for me is Baby Dave - Monkey Brain
  • Introducing the hardlines according to - Terence Trent Darby
  • Steve Forbert - "Jackrabbit Slim"
  • It's nice to see a fair bit of love on here for the first two Dire Straits albums.

Another album for my list (and how I forgot it I don't know because I've been listening to the bloody thing this week):

    Napalm Death - Harmony Corruption
  • Quite a few, but one I was listening to this morning: Songs the Lord Taught Us - The Cramps and another that springs to mind Costello Music - The Fratellis.

    The Beatles - Revolver
    Stone Roses - Stone Roses
    Nirvana - Nevermind
    Pulp - Different Class
    Oasis - Definitely Maybe
    Arctic Monkeys - AM
  • Some great suggestions here. I think of those already listed Violator and Rattus Norvegicus would be my faves. Here's a few that I don't think anyone has mentioned yet.

Bill Nelson's Red Noise - Sound on Sound
The Fall - This Nations Saving Grace (The Brixie period was always the best)
Kraftwerk - The Mix (not sure if you'd call it a compilation or not, but seeing as they spent the last forty years perfecting/repackaging their back catalogue, I think it’s fair game)
    Radiotoxic - Emergency Broadcast
    Beck - Mutations
    Pulp - Different Class
Soft Cell - Non Stop Erotic Caberet
    The Cure - Pornography
Nick Cave ATBS - From Her To Eternity
Nick Cave ATBS - Murder Ballads

  • A band that's gone downhill but first time I listened to Word Gets Around by Stereophonics I thought it was great from start to finish. Still love this album now.
  • The Beatles - Revolver
    Stone Roses - Stone Roses
    Nirvana - Nevermind
    Pulp - Different Class
    Oasis - Definitely Maybe
    Arctic Monkeys - AM
All the above, except Artic Monkeys, which I haven't heard.
  • Explosions in the Sky - The Earth is not a Cold Dead Place
  • quite a few, especially Abraxas, the Santana classic which was released 53 years ago this year .. it still (to my ears) sounds as crisp, rhythmical and innovative as it ever did
  • OOH nearly forgot this - LOVE - FOREVER CHANGE .
In fact all their Albums for me are Epic .

  • Nickelback - Silver Side Up

Real shame that they get the ‘cringe’ tag (though fairly self inflicted), because they’re clearly a very capable band when they want to be.

    Some Girls - Rolling Stones

Doesn’t get much of a mention in comparison to their other albums but I think it’s pretty good IMHO.
