I know I've been critical of the club lately and I felt like giving up after 20 years, but I got up this morning and couldn't stop myself going to the game.
Even though I'm really down about things, and all week I planned on not going, there is still something dragging me there! Could it be the best decision I've made in ages or am I punishing myself further lol. I've even put £5 on a Charlton win.

See, Screamer ....... you just couldn't help yourself.
That's why you're an Addick and not a plastic Arse.
[cite]Posted By: BlackForestReds[/cite]If I read that correctly Holland is starting in defence...
No, surely not - he'll be minding Jonjo along with Bailey.
Semedo at CB ....?
Well, maybe your right as the OS seems to think Old Father Holland as sweeper.
It's not a choice I would have made. You need somebody (anybody left?) who can attack the ball in the air.
Norwich are playing 4-5-1 as well, and no Lita, he's returned to Reading.
Hoolahan who many people here rated/wanted us to buy is on the bench and ex-SC Freiburg player and one time Charlton target Fotheringham starts though.
I would be very suprised if it's not Semedo at CB. He can play there and did so against Welling but again we're left in the situation of having just to reconised CB's - just as we were at the start of the season.
We've named seven subs - one keeper, one midfielder, three strikers but only one spare defender and Youga is a left back, although Semedo could drop into defence if needed.
I appreciate we are a bit thin on defensive resources but surely it would have been wiser to name either Aswad Thomas or Mambo as cover alongside Youga. Does Parky really anticipate bringing on all three strikers? If he does then it'll be because we are losing and need goals and if so it'll be because we've conceded goals via a porous defence at which point you'll have to question the wisdom of playing Holland at CB and brining in Mou2 who hasn't played in ages...

I still don't think we'd win even with 12 players
Or can we just stand in the bar area and watch on telly ?
;-)
What a mistake to make.....................Charlton/Draw was 15/1, come to Daddy..............................:-)
My thoughts too, Nigel.
Illness ....? Euphemism for best not play him, just in case.

there's a link to Radio Norfolk (!) commentary here - you may also be able to get it here once they've stopped talking about gardening.
BBC London ain't bothering, don't know what Radio Kent's doing, but if they do our match, it'll be live here.
Subs: Randolph, Youga, Wright, Wagstaff, Todorov, McLeod, Dickson.
Subs: Randolph, Youga, Wright, Wagstaff, Todorov, McLeod, Dickson.
Norwich: Marshall; Omozusi, Bertrand, Doherty, Drury; Croft, Fotheringham, Clingan, Russell, Pattison; Sibierski.
Subs: Nelson, Otsemobor, Lappin, Smith, Hoolahan, Lupoli, Cort.
Weaver not even on the bench .... is he next out of the door?
Dickson never got his start then?
And our Waggy on the bench with Rudolph.

Semedo seems to stat as midfield anchorman.

I hope so...Holland could cover at RB/LB but I don't see the point of playing him in defence when we have Youga on the bench.
From the OS:
"...while Matt Holland may fill in at centre-back as skipper Mark Hudson (ankle and knee niggles) is not risked."
Seriously, the place for Holland is alongside Jonjo, surely?

That would be the only reasonable explanation!
Playing for the point.....errrrrr.....replay.
God how pleased am I that I am sitting on the sofa watching uncle Jeff!.
