In the interests of proving that it's never over 'till it's over and that we as Addicks should never give up no matter how bleak things are looking, how about a thread devoted to our best ever comebacks?
I'll start the ball rolling with one of my own favourite - a freezing cold Newcastle, Jan 1992, 3 nil down inside the first half hour or so but hold on.....who's that on the wing? Yep, with one of the sweetest left foots I've ever seen it's Walshie with a brace, another from a young Barness and yes, if my memory serves me right, the winner from.....PARDEW!
Great game, great spirit, great fans (those few who went) and proves that anything is possible with the right attitude.

Also in 1999 coming back to beat Tranmere 3-2 after being 0-2 down inside half an hour.

5-1 down and only 10 players

Should have won that game. Graham Stewart had a great chance right at the death and shot wide.
Great game,i think the winner went down as an OG to O'Brien but it still went in.
Not as good but coming back from two goals down twice at Ipswich for a 4-4 with the Late Tommy Caton scoring the equiliser from the spot or coming back from 3-1 down two seasons on the trot at Notts County for 3-3 draws
this was my immediate thought 7-6!
But what about Sheff Wed last season? 2-0 at half time and we won 3-2!

TO read the brilliant 'accounts' thread on Wembley, hit the search button and then put Wembley in as a topic
in the 5th round of the FA Cup 2000 for me
???
Coventry 2 Charlton 3
First division Charlton 2 down in 20 mins, fought back brilliantly. The big Charlton contingent went berserk when Hunt scored the winner in the last minute. How many of the current squad would get into this team?
Kiely, Shields, Rufus, Brown, Powell, Robinson, Newton, Kinsella, Stuart, Pringle, Hunt. Subs: Ilic, Konchesky, Todd, MacDonald, Salako.
Dazzler...... it's a quote from Richard Murray to Simon jordan following the 1-1 draw at The Valley.
To be precise be actually said ..."Enjoy life in The Championship you tosser."
1-0 then 2-0 Ipswich then 2-1 2-2 then 3-2 4-2 Ipswich 4-3,4-4 great game,boxing day i think
