Thank you for your positivity!
Thank you for the good football you tried to play!
Thank you for wanting to be 'Charlton'!
Thank you for trying to fix our club!
It didn't work out... Some part your failings but if you had more backing we both know we would be top 3. Good luck and all the best. Was great having a manager with a personality after waiting for God knows how many years!

Thanks for throwing away more than 10 points from winning positions in the last 10 minutes of games
Thanks for being stubborn
Thanks for joe (didn’t learn his first name) dodoo (or his second)
Thank you for applying for the Fleetwood job instead of working out how to beat them
Nobody in their right mind would have taken the job unless they just wanted the pay. If that was the case then good luck to him. He knew that he couldn't lose, as the football world would not blame him if he failed to succeed under Duchatelet.
The sad thing is that League One is so poor that he could have succeeded if he was any good as a manager, with the squad that he had at his disposal. He wasn't and he didn't.
But he always said the wrong thing at the wrong time. There were parts of his presses and interviews where I found him very insightful and personable. Certainly compared to his predecessor. But it was after the video came out and he starting having a go at The Sun for saying it had caused divisions in the camp. That's a perfectly fair criticism, and one I had. But the first thing you say is "this is unacceptable and will be dealt with." Same as the Peterborough defeat, 4-1 did flatter them but don't lead with that. Lead with the fact that we were average and then lost all concentration at the back in the last ten minutes.
All in all I do think we're in a better state on the pitch than when he joined. We have young, talented players who hopefully have their best years ahead of them-Fosu, Aribo, JFC, Bauer is only 25, KAG is producing at Crawley, and Sarr looks a real diamond in the rough. Remember when he took over our regular midfield was Holmes, Crofts, Foley, and Jackson, so we've come a long ways there.
Personality?
He has more flair and charisma then Russel Slade and all the Belgian nobs
That's not really a compliment though
