First half was even and we had the two best chances. Knibbs simply has to score his chance.

Second half we were woeful. No idea why we were so scared to put the ball in the box. Not a good cameo from Hernandez. Tanto completely isolated for the whole game but never stopped working.

We desperately miss Bell and Edwards. Gillesphey just not at the same level.
  • Don’t like international breaks normally…but this one I’ll take with glee!

Tired legs and injuries…need time to recoup.
  • neither TC or Hernandez can play lwb.  I’d rather play Apter or JRC out of position

At the game. The worst set of officials I have seen. I offered the lino my glasses. Nobody had a clue why the penalty was given.
Thought we controlled things pretty well up to that point. Knibbs should've scored, great chance at the end tipped over. Other than that we didn't show enough threat up front. Worried that Jones was carrying an injury. Kayne dealt with Moore well and we were solid at the back.
Draw would've been deserved. Feel cheated.
Sorry but it was handball and a penalty.

Maybe offer your glasses to Hernandez next time ;-)
It wasn't obvious on our side of the ground. But, there was a clear offside leading up to it. Which is why I offered him my specs.

You might want them back when you see the replay then 🤪.

To be fair, I was also surprised when it was given. But having seen it again, I don't think there are any doubts.

0-0 would have been a fair result. No idea what Hernandez was thinking - absolutely no need for his hands to be where they were. Sounds like we need the 2 week break to get over illness. Still, 9th place is a good return at this stage of the season .

Fair enough. Never seen a lino get so much abuse. The ref was on a bung too.

It was strange in that it looked so different from two different angles.

We're really missing Kelman and until he's back we're going to struggle. The next three games are horrible Southampton, Stoke and Coventry. I can see us only getting a point from those games.

Two tired teams, neither deserved to win it but the bloke on a short term contract decided to handle the ball for no earthly reason, shades of Tom McIntyre, who jokingly declared 'I thought I was playing in goal' didn't play many games after that smart remark Tom, hopefully that will be the same for the Cuban, I hope Nathan Jones gives Hernandez the same level of shit dished out to Ramsay after the Millwall game. To watch Parkinson punch the air is annoying, especially as he has never quite understood that having Alan Pardew as a mate says a lot about your life choices.
  • Didn’t watch the match but note that it looks like their keeper was motm. It was always going to be a long season. Maybe a wake up call will do the team good. UTA!

Not a good day for the Battleship...

Your illustration of our battleship is accurate. It has no offensive armament.

Genuinely didn’t see the pen but none of the players complained so it clearly was although from where I was standing there looked an offside in the build up

Happy to be 9th it’s probably a fair position for us at the moment, that late header would have been nice but we’ve done ok with late goals lately and they even up over a season

The International Break comes at a perfect time, just really hope Godden, Bell and possibly Edwards can reappear come the 22nd
Outside chance of seeing Godden on the bench, but Bell and Edwards are some way off. I would guess in the New Year.

Fair play to NJ for trying something different today, but it didn’t come off with shape or personnel.  Tanto very isolated up top and Fullah could’ve been an inspired move, but he couldn’t get into the game and it was a massive ask.  First half I thought, okay, our usual approach to our organisation, running and work rate seemed to be on point, but it fell apart in the second half and we were fortunate not to be behind before the pen.

The bloke crossing looked like he was offside from where I was sitting, but Hernandez owes his teammates an apology for raising his hand.  Wrexham were moving the ball about faster and playing some good link up play in the middle, and they were also first to all the second balls.

I thought Bree was poor today and sloppy too.  Campbell was more focused on his defensive duties which is fine, but with both him and Bree not offering much going forward, we really were restricted to very little

Knibbs also needs to show more.  I know it’s difficult coming in, particularly given the slight change in shape and players around him, but these are the games the fringe players need to grab by the scruff of the neck if they want to give NJ a selection headache.  He should’ve scored as well in the first half.  Had much more time

Because we didn’t have much of the ball in the second half, you really could see them tire, and frustratingly, at the end when we actually got a bit of possession in their half in inj time, some real sloppy balls.

Goes to show how massive a result Tuesday was.  DespIte the start, I stand by the statement I made post WBA, every point really must be celebrated and we need to be on our game 90% of the time if we’re gonna get enough points to avoid getting sucked into a relegation battle.  It’s been a great start, this won’t send me down a rabbit hole of frustration and annoyance, but we’ve got 3 bloody tough games now to see out November.  I’ll bite your hand of at 4 points from 3 games again, just like we’ve picked up in the last 3

Get that recovery in over the next two weeks, and hopefully bounce back with a win against Soton who have course, just hit form….

Wrexham would not have scored if we played till 10 pm .. but it was shocker of a call
from linesman there no way he can be 100% certain that the ball touched anything in fact the ball does not change its direction at all .. if he not 100% he guessing and that what he done today .. Shame cause we deserved  a point .. but we go again in two weeks .. clear we are missing Kelman running up front again very little created but Olaofe and Knibbs done their best today .. with very little service from those around them ….. transfer whisper going round we are looking to bring in WHU midfielder James Ward Prowse on loan in January

How bad is Leaburn injured? Didn’t do any warm up before or at half time.

Kelman's absence was the least of our problems today.

Agree. We just beat West Brom and we've only lost today because of a freak handball. I don't think we're struggling without him.

And as decent as Kelman's press is, it doesn't singlehandedly repel teams.

Morris dancing by the look of it
Doesn't prove he handled it, looks like the ball is past him and no deviation...🤷‍♂️

Hernandez is not good enough at this level and he might just find that his ridiculous handball might just see him dropped from the squad next game.

No,it doesnt. NJ has since come out and said Onel has made a mistake so it mustve been handball. My complaint is that in real time that was virtually impossible to spot, not one Wrexham player appealed it but somehow, knobchops in yellow sees it? And yet he fails to spot that the same player absolutely nails Knibbs twice in 2 minutes, both fouls worthy of yellows? He couldnt wait to give them something, anything. He was a homer. We were shit 2nd half but cheesedick didnt help.
