I have 2 spare Wembley tickets for Sunday in block 234 - price category 3. Not sure how the process works for selling them on but I’m only looking for face value which is £62 including the booking fee
"Face value" doesn't include a booking fee.

I think it's great when fans can offload tickets they find they don't need to other fans.  But I don't think anyone should be passing on a "booking fee".  If someone buys four tickets and ends up not needing two of them, they really ought to pass on a couple at "face value" and stump up the booking fee themselves.  It's just that, I think a ticket with £30 printed on it shouldn't be sold to someone else at more than £30.
I think it’s fair enough to pass on the per ticket booking fee, but not the single transaction fee.

I've not really kept up with this as I knew that I couldn't go but I was talking to someone yesterday who said that VG & Season ticket holders had been able to buy up to 12 tickets, I questioned this as I thought normally it was 4 but he was insistent that it was 12. This is bullshit isn't it ?

yeah only 4, but could buy 12 in 1 transaction if they had 3 ST/VG accounts linked to one account.

I remember a time when touts would stand at the top of the stairs by the station, a long time granted but don’t recall people asking for a breakdown of their numbers - bottom line it’s scummy to make a profit on spare or unused tickets - but covering the actual cost is not unfair - if someone can explain the component cost between ticket, fee and transaction charge then more power to them given the supply and demand it’s not unreasonable to ask for what was paid if both people are happy with that

Take the total of what you have spent and divide by the amount of tickets. That’s the only fair way. Then any fees are equally split.

If you dropped £2.50 on the floor would you leave it there and walk off?

Fuck me, are people really arguing about transaction fees when they're supposedly  desperate for tickets.  I despair at times.

    Sunday needs to hurry up!!!

Yes that’s the one Gravesend as per desperate for tickets we covered that back through the pages - ranged from everyone relax anyone who wants will get a ticket then moved onto don’t dig out the club for comms they’ve been working hard to oh perhaps they could have sorted their comms and now where are tickets brought and where are the additional 1400+ new tickets - pretty much brings us upto speed

And don’t get us started on people who say “brought” when they mean “bought”!

One mate still needs to sort me out for a ticket on Sunday when I see him after reading all this I might just ask for the booking fee and give him the ticket.

Orients selling pattern looks like they are trying to fill the bottom deck first, and then go to the top deck. Suspect Level 2 will be left unsold and we'll get spares in the top deck
They are being told by Wembley what blocks can be sold and when they can be released. They still have 36,000 available but wembley making sure they don't have big gaps that can either be sold to the general public or to charlton.
I think we wil be 40,000 plus by the time sunday comes and orient somewhere close to 30,000 +/-

So long as you don’t pass on the transaction fee too then all good.

As above, there’s a per ticket booking fee which I think is reasonable to pass on to anyone wanting the tickets. They’ll be sitting next to me.

But why is there such a delay to put the 1400 on sale? if we have been allocated the tickets then sell them. It’s unfair to leave supporters dangling on whether they will or won’t get a ticket especially when travel and other arrangements need to be made to attend the match.

Just realised…we are football supporters and deserve to be fucked around.🥸
My guess is the club know the website will struggle with only 1400 tickets so they're waiting to see if they can get more on sale at once
Charlton are waiting for wembley to approve the release of those 1400 tkts meanwhile we have asked for more than that

You should charge him for the paper it’s printed on, and electrical cost of printing the ticket. If it’s  scanned then ask your mate to charge your phone for you so you can get the 1% battery used back at his expense.

i actually think the tickets for my uncle, cousin and his little boy were good value.  £89.50 for 3 tickets in cat 5 as 1 x under 17 and 1 x over 65

Agreed, that sounds reasonable although I don’t intend to print out the tickets, just forward them on to be printed out. Shame really as printing ink is quite expensive these days 😉

You probably should include a data charge.
obviously if sending to twins then double the charge.
