Might try and get a seat at the very back, just for shits and giggles... I mean the view looks pretty amazing!!

I'm bad with heights, and find when sitting that far back that the issue isn't the view over the pitch, but rather the climb up and down the stairs, as upper tiers tend to be very steep!

I sit at the back of the Curbs, but that's no problem as the entrance is near the back as well.

I was in row 25 for the NFL and that was bad enough climbing up

It is a bargain, and perhaps my brain should have worked a little quicker at checkout.

Blocks 136 and 135 lower behind the goal have opened up again with quite a few tickets on them for anyone not wanting to be in the gods as they say.
Yeah there is a big chunk of seats showing as available in 135...

I am just about to buy my tickets, but why do I need my P60? Is demand that high, that it is an income-based allocation?

If anyone's worried about getting tickets that are far back, in 2019 I was in Area 528 Row 38, which is about 6 rows from the very back and I saw Patrick Bauer's goal go in just fine so don't worry about where your tickets are, your experience of the match won't be affected (whether or not that's a good thing is up to the players though!)

Nice one I'm in 528 for this match but got them in row 2 looks a good view of both goals etc.

That's super frustrating as thats exactly where we would have loved to sit, wonder why they were all held up before now?

I have logged in to my account, clicked on ‘buy tickets’ and as well as a sign saying ‘restricted sale’, there is also a box that says ‘Please log in to purchase’. Does that mean I am not logged in? Am I already in a queue?!

Does it say your name in the top corner? If it doesn't you aren't logged in. If you are in a queue you will get a different screen explaining that

To assuage anyone on the view, I've watched NFL games multiple times at Wembley, from all sorts of vantage points, and I really don't think there's a bad seat in the house. Even those in the gods you get a good view of the whole pitch, and it's unobstructed. We will be fine.

I highly doubt 10,000 charlton database fan tickets will be purchased today.

I'm more tense when I try and call my gp at 7.59 am without getting stuck in a 30+ waiting que

exactly I am so fucked off with the whole experience, I clicked on section 133 at 3.18 on Saturday nowhere near section 535, seats came up I purchased and was given block 535, I emailed the club straight away to be told they couldn't do anything, then more seats suddenly appeared, I have been trying to ring the ticket office and it says it is closed, trying to ring reception and get cut off. All I wanted to do is exchnge tickets that are the same price, but not one person is answering the phone.

In the queue... Not sure what number, will find that out at 2pm!!

Time to go for a quick No.2 - Dont need that happening when I'm trying to book tickets and get kicked out

Is it best to turn up early for the random queue slot or join right bang on 2pm?

You can't swap or refund tickets, if you really want those other seats I'd buy them and try flog the others.

Probably no harm logging in 5/10 mins early just to be safe but its entirely random so doesn't make a difference

It won't need 10,000 database fans when it's still 4 tickets per person.

Sat in block 534 at the Euros in 2021. Of course you're further back than the lower tier but you get a better view of the whole pitch, even from the corner
I'm in 534 for Sunday. Agree the view looks good yaddah yaddah yaddah but I've had multiple eye surgeries and I doubt I will be able to distinguish 1 player from another. Also definitely wont be able to read any names on backs of shirts so Coventry & Docherty are 1 player in my mind 😆.

Only difference to last Thursday is that I will at least see when the ball hits the back of the net !

I'm in the pre-queue hoping for 3 tickets. Nerves are growing. Might be sick.
