thanks - as a north upper i'm used to more of an overview but was in a similar spot in 2019 so sure i'll cope - i'm not hugging the wife if we score though !!
    Ah, you say that now...
    i say that because she doesn't read the forum !!! :D - she's a full on plastic
Buy another ticket on the ‘better’ tier.

On the day tell your wife you are just going to the loo once you have taken your seats together and find a steward to get you in the ‘correct’ area.
Once safely relocated text the wife to say you’ve got yourself lost and are perched / standing next to some randoms and will have to meet her afterwards. 😆

Have CATV season ticket holders been given ticket access or was that just some individuals?

@moutuakilla they need to email the club to request it.

I 'm abroad atm and couldn't get online for about three hours and once I could I could only find a pair of seats higher than I wanted. But having looked at the view I'm pretty pleased. What really surprised me was the price, two over 65 tickets were under £20 each? Surely should be charging more than that!

Not overly impressed by my view:

  • So, tickets sold so far… doing some maths…

Wembley has a 90,000 capacity and we’ve been given roughly 37,000 as an initial allocation.

The 90,000 capacity is split in tiers: 34,300 in the lower tier, 16,500 in the middle tier and 39,200 in the upper tier.

Judging by comments on here, it sounds like the bottom two tiers have gone and about 20% of the upper tier too.

If Charlton have all but sold out the bottom two tiers, given the club’s split of the capacity that’s already been allocated, that’s a little over 24,000 sold and almost 13,000 tickets remaining.
A fair amount of tier 2 wasn’t available to buy in our end. Maybe it’s bring held back for hospitality etc ? But was definitely not for sale when I logged on at 3pm Saturday

Was one of the 130 odd who could buy in the first stage yesterday.

Front row of the safe standing section behind the goal. Block 133.

Will have about 15 of us in the same block.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I seem to recall buying a ticket on the day for the Full Members final with Blackburn.

In 2019 I couldn’t buy until the final phase but was able get a seat towards the back of the middle section. Maybe because I only needed one ticket that time, but I don’t recall that being the case. This time I had to settle for midway up the upper tier. Not complaining, just happy to be there and I prefer a more elevated view anyway, but maybe a gauge of how tickets are selling relative to 2019.

Same here, don’t recall buying in advance … but so long ago, can’t be certain

I remember standing on a vast open terrace with a couple of mates I’d dragged along from university and no other fans in touching distance. Bit of a difference in 40 years!

I hear Orient on course to sell their initial allocation.
Don’t understand our panic, get no one wants to be in the gods but we had lots of empty seats last time ..
unless they’ve sold 27,000 tickets since announcing they’d sold 10,000 tickets earlier this morning then I don’t think they’re anywhere near on course for selling their initial allocation. They will be lucky to sell even half of it at this rate.

And last time round we sold our entire initial  allocation and were given additional tickets from Sunderland’s unsold allocation after we did.

This won't be accurate though as it was mentioned yesterday that a lot of sections in the middle tier haven't been released yet.

Absolutely right. A different world. I played Sunday football in Danson Park and then went to Wembley with some mates and paid on the turnstyle at Wembley.

I know most people know this already but for those in any doubt, it has been confirmed that we will wear red and Orient will wear their grey away kit.

@hex. Can you clarify re the weather please. Thanks
A bit vague at the moment as the long dry spell looks like coming to an end over next weekend.  As the change will be from the north west we may be lucky.  Things should become clearer today/tomorrow.

Found the disabled access thing very frustrating, seems like many venues categorise people as meeting the criteria mainly through being in receipt of benefits, which I am not.

    https://help.wembleystadium.com/support/solutions/articles/7000028451-purchase-accessible-tickets-proof-of-eligibility

I did mange to be accepted for a Access card and now have a card number. A quick decision was made, within 24 hours but the bar is high, mainly due to scammers and chancers.

Apologies if this has been mentioned before . Me and a mate are both in phase 5 and need 6 between us for our group. If we link accounts can 1 of us buy all 6 in one transaction rather than both us trying to log in and buy 3 each separately ?

Phase 5 - Tuesday, May 20th @ 2pm: Any members on the club's ticketing database, as of May 15th, can purchase a maximum of four tickets.

As long as you are linked, you can assign some tickets to your mate and buy up to 12 in one transaction (or actually 8 in your case at 4 each)

Silly question but does the "Restricted Sale" button just change to Add to Basket or whenever once you meet the phase requirement?
