rememberbillybonds said:Simple question- when are they on sale and how will be notified. Putting on the website tge 2019 details very misleading
BUT my logic says to check the SM pages for updates (if you dont want to read through this thread), the club wont just decide to release 40000 tickets and not inform anyone.1 -
NomadicAddick said:If it is 4 per person for every ST holder, does that means there is a fair chance it won’t make general sale? Only been to a few games this season so the usual panic is setting in even though I was insisting to people just earlier this week that everyone who wanted one would get one….had no problem getting a ticket for last night and I’m just a member with history etc.
Out of interest, will we be buying tickets through the club website?
I despise Ticketmaster and the like, but seeing the disaster that ensued over the past fortnight, it might be a safer bet?1 -
Same view would be good 👌0

All very large crowds for clubs who don’t get them regularly will include large numbers of extras. Whitstable took 8,000 to Wembley last week, I believe. You can’t tell me they were all previously supporters.0 -

I reckon they'll get near to 30k as a lot of West Ham will want to go.3 -

... but let yourself down with the last two words and detaching yourself from all known laws that govern the workings of the universe.2 -
Really hoping the tickets aren’t on sale tomorrow as I’m flying back from Spain and don’t want to get caught out!1

Could this potentially lead to a more fierce and direct London derby rivalry?
Something behind the scenes might transpire, and orient could be officially added to "the list"
Fifa 2027 might eventually include them as a Charlton rival.
"The Kevin Lisbie derby"
It could originate and stem from an incredibly rude orient fan barging in and skipping a que for a pint close to Wembley
Good point.
We have high standards0 -
Didn't realise re league position and being the home team. That's great news (as much as I like the yellow kit).Isn't boxpark after the game just whoever won? Was great last time as they had the whole match replayed on the big screen.0

And yet will Charlie be there?2 -

“The O's have been allocated 36,945 seats in the East end of Wembley Stadium. Tickets will be sold on a block-by-block basis in an order determined by Wembley Stadium.”Given the amount of hospitality it’s doubtful we’ll be able to have as many as 52,000 eventually based on that (and accepting some hospitality could be counted).2

With Orient being offered 37,000, the EFL wouldn't offer us ALL of the rest. They will be holding plenty back for the great and the good who have zero interest in Charlton or Orient, just prawn sandwiches and alcohol.
My guess is that our initial allocation will be the same as Orient.2 -

I don't really think anyone has to worry about getting a ticket given that we will almost certainly end up with 40-45k if we want them.Chris_from_Sidcup said:ElfsborgAddick said:CAFCTrev said:I think Orient took 23k to Wembley for their league one final in 2014, they will probably do around the same this time.

Either way you’re right though, any Charlton fan who wants a ticket will get one as well probably have more than we need.
There is your answer then, the ICF have history with Rotherham so must have bottled it............
