The fact that someone running for a fan advisory role spends a considerable amount of time and effort paying attention to another team in our league should be made aware to people voting no?

Dont think anyone is questioning her being a Charlton fan or a nice person, just that voters should have the full facts.

It doesn’t ‘hurt us’ but it may have an affect on being a Charlton fan advisor!
There is no way someone who now supports another club should be voted as our Fan Advisor.
But OK for such people to be on the board making the substantive decisions? 😉

At least Jade is a Charlton supporter. We’ve not been well served by people who aren’t, eg Slater, Jimenez, Duchatelet, et al.
Missing the point when she's competing in a vote against other Charlton supporters.
I understand your point but you seem to be implying she isn’t a Charlton fan, which is from my limited knowledge of her unfair. It may well be a consideration that she has other loyalties, but if the point is that you can’t ride two horses then many people are very happy to gloss over that when it suits them, including in relation to the current board.

it should have been received as a humiliation that a former chairman was arrested by police supporting Manchester City abroad while in his role at Charlton, but for some that was just evidence he was a football fan. Some of us knew better.
    I may gave missed this.

    Who are we referring to?
    Slater.

This information is now out there and everyone can have a view and vote as they feel, some will say no way others will say this way!

This so takes me back of the days of Fans Director, paper votes, brochures, 23 candidates, counting them all on a box in the east over a weekend, public voting on the day of the window we sold Murphy. Such fun...
Candidates going into the Royal Oak with vote for me stickers and pamphlets, then heading towards Harvey Gardens kissing babies along the way

    Royal Oak debate Saturday/Sunday💡

I cannot, fackin believe I've been snubbed for the shortlist for this, after all my support towards the regime.

Who has the most CAFC loyalty points? They'll get my votes.
I concur with this. REALISE THE LOYALTY POINTS  🤪

  • Five good candidates. It does seem strange buying your 2 chosen candidates and putting them in your basket!

    Murray?

But the real point is, we never voted for the people you mentioned either. We had no choice because they were holding the purse strings. I would suggest that this is entirely different, so there's really no correlation. And I say that as a neutral in this - i don't know any of them.

No idea if I've voted or not. I tried to; I was logged in and clicked what I thought were the right buttons, but I got no message indicating that my votes had been accepted and was was instead channeled to an 'events' page.

I look forward to hearing of Mr Putin's win and his marvellous 110% of the vote. ;)

I got an email confirming my ‘purchase’ as I would if I bought a ticket etc.

    Does Jon post on here?

I prefer away days these days and he is always there in the shorts with a beer in hand so more inclined to vote for him with no disrespect intended to the others

    This!!!
I know Jade personally and yes she does have a soft spot for Wrexham but when it comes to ethier of those two clubs she’ll choose Charlton all day.
  • That's the problem with online stuff.  I've just got two candidates, a half season ticket and several other games ... and I can't even remember which ones  :/.

I have posted but far from a regular contributor.

The beer in hand ended completely 5years 1month and 29 days ago. (Don't you just love Sober Today app). As has been stated Bovril is now the footie beverage of choice. The shorts though, remain a constant on the terraces up and down the country.

I hope the lack of my alcohol consumption doesn't deter people from throwing their vote in my direction!

It adds up as season ticket in the past 2 seasons and 2 away games in the same period
