Does anyone know if they still do shirt printing (name, number) while you wait? It's my Son's birthday this week, so I want to get him a new shirt. I did try buying it online, but couldn't see an option for adding name, so I'm planning on popping down this afternoon to get one, assuming they can do this.
I don’t think this option is available online, only in person in store.
  • As long as he doesn’t want May, or Dobson on the back, he should be okay.

I went down Thursday with my two, special treat and all that. Got their new kits and was told no names and numbers in stock! Absolute joke, club shop appears to have less in it. Not the normal girls behind the counter which was a shame as they are always helpful. Disappointing visit.

Be warned it’s £5 off purchase not per shirt and you can’t use valley gold on top of it.

Popped in with my lad this morning so he could buy the new shirt, doesn’t really look a lot different to be completely honest.

One question people, the black training shorts, there are two types that look the same, the ones listed as training shorts and the ones listed as woven, I assume the woven ones are the thicker material right?

One has pockets, which is nice because i always miss pockets when I’m wearing football shorts round the house. Not sure if the material’s anything different.

The club's new away kit for the 2024/25 season will be launched in the week leading up to the first game of the season, with the third kit revealed following that.

Luton treat fans incredibly well, think my stepdad gets a loyalty discount every time he renews, even though they have a ST waiting list. He paid around £350 last year in the prem.

Was it open today? Because of a bad accident on the M25 I arrived at the club shop dead on 3pm. It was closed, shutters down. I left the game on 88 minutes, had a quick wee, to get to the club shop before the ‘rush’. It was closed, shutters down. Did it open today and why wasn’t it open after the game?

I know it closes after the game kicks off, and it was deffo open afterwards, there was a queue to get in.

They might have been queuing because they didn't realise it was shut.

Went in the shop about 2.35pm. It was busy.

Great to see some good stuff in there but still over priced to my mind.

Was a poor attempt at a joke, like all my others.

Why wait to open though to the point there is a queue? Why not open 15 mins before the game ends, there are always people leaving early and why shut dead on 3pm, always people arriving late. Last couple of seasons you’d rather be in the shop than in the ground a lot of the time.

Dont know when it opens, it might well open again before the final whistle and there's just a point after the game when a ton of people try to get in, causing a queue.

It was open after the game, the que was because they only allow so many people into the shop at any one time by the looks.

Can’t you just ‘purchase’ in 2 transactions?

always used to be the way.....even just go down the route of changing the home / away on alternative years and not both (obviously this only works where you retain the same kit supplier)

A bloody good idea, it eases pressure on parents to buy two new tops each summer, and the club still get a regular income for the shirts.

The bulk of the staff usually go and watch the game (at least that was definitely the case a few seasons ago)

Interesting statement from Wednesday about shirts not bought from club shop.

    https://www.swfc.co.uk/news/2024/august/09/swfc-brand-protection-/?s=08

Sheffield Wednesday have warned home fans wearing counterfeit shirts at Hillsborough could be ejected from the stadium.

Wednesday stated: “Anyone found to be wearing a fake shirt inside Hillsborough could be asked to leave, with information passed on to the relevant parties.”

That's wild, how can you ban someone for a shirt they're wearing? So you wear a fake Chef Wendy shirt, you're out, what if you turn up in an authentic Sheffield United shirt? That's ok? Dumbasses

And who are the relevant parties?
