I'm truly not knocking the trip.
But it's no wonder some footballers think they are something special.
We're L1 & they enjoy a nice little trip to the heat of Slovenia, in order to prepare for a UK autumn where it's barely stopped raining in the UK for it seems @ 9 months.

They flew on Ryanair…they are probably sharing rooms in the Slovenian equivalent of a Travelodge (hope none of them smoke). Who was it took the squad somewhere so hot that they couldn't train during the day & ended up training on the beach so that they could regularly go into the sea to cool down.
A week in Scarborough would have done just as well.
