What a day. Never expected that when Australia were 3 down during the rain break.
Broad writes his own scripts. Ridiculous to hit his last ball for 6 and then finish his bowling with the last ball.5 -

And although they didn’t win the series, it’s taken a hell of a lot of guts to come back from 2-0. They are gritty and determined but also very quick to learn lessons from defeats.
The bowling attack is going to have to be reshaped, and quickly, with Broad gone, Ali gone and Anderson on the decline. But the batting is going from strength to strength.
What can Australia take from this series? Nathan Lyon is their most effective bowler and a key cog in their bowling attack.3 -
