Whilst Axl Rose’s voice will probably struggle, at least Guns N Roses will bring a bit of energy back tomorrow night.

    God this is really boring.

I only know a couple of their hits but when I have seen them perform on TV in concert before it has been high energy.

This is sending me to sleep.

Did they just end Arabella with the riff from Black Sabbath's Paranoid?
Yes. I thought it was Metallica but was corrected. Although was told it was War Pigs.
Of course it was War Pigs....no idea where I got Paranoid from.

I'm amazed the Monkeys have kept such high levels of success since their first album considering how utterly boring they've become

I find that mirrorball song transfixing. Wasn’t sure when I first heard it but love it.

    And now 505….. brilliant.

Great soundtrack to sitting at home drinking Rhum. If I was there I'd be ripping it up in the dance tent

I’m sitting drinking gin and ginger in our extension that was literally being built whilst we were at Glastonbury last year.
Got home and it was up! Quite surreal.

Bet they’ll be devastated, at least it’ll make a load of click bait for the news sites

Is Kelis really dating Bill Murray?
Watching her now. Enjoying it. Not sure she’s singing properly live though or to a backing track.

You think that was a great headline performance ?

I get that he has been ill but it was not his voice but the whole performance style/staging that sucked.

I have no doubt Elton John is gonna sound shit on Sunday, but I bet the performance is engaging to the audience/viewers.

My mates who saw them at Emirates the other week and said they were brilliant have said this was a festival killing performance and not in a good way

I don’t believe they are actually dating, he’s about twice her age. If they are then fair play to him. I thought she was singing live but could be wrong.

I don’t think Glastonbury is for the tv watching masses. It’s for the people in the field and they ‘try’ to bring it to the masses. And it fails a lot. I saw Diana Ross last year and soooo many people said it was shit. She was shit. The sound was shit. Well I was there and it was bloody amazing. The atmosphere of the people watching and the sound in the field cannot be recreated.
I dare say it was the same for arctic monkeys today and the majority of people there loved it. Those who don’t love them would have gone elsewhere to one of the 100 stages or bars or comedy or cinema or passed out in their tent from earlier over indulging. It’s so hard to bring the vibe to peoples living rooms.

Bizarre that the lad who once sung "You're not from New York City, you're from Rotherham..." is now doing his best Vegas lounge-singer impersonation, when he's from Sheffield.

I saw them last Saturday and they were brilliant.
They played more "hits", Alex's voice was good and they had loads more energy.
    9/10 last week, 6/10 tonight.

Disagree, i watched foo fighters and pale waves earlier and both sets were enjoyable because they have good songs. Think i enjoyed about 4 songs of the AM set
