2 tough hours for Ireland now. I hope Tongue gets a wicket0

Would have liked to have seen Josh Little for them but he's just finished in the IPL and seems to only play white ball.0 -
Tongue has Test cricket licked1

Those in windy cold Edrich go up stair 5 and to the front. Plenty of sunny seats free0

McCollum pulls something, and is helped off the ground0

I don't want to jinx it, but I think England are probably favourites from this position4

No Stirling crisis for England1

Tongue once again justifying the England selectors0

England do get periods when they overdo these short ball tactics.1

A bit of a farce, which is why I never bothered going, plus watching cricket at the start of June is quite likely to be chilly (sitting there all day).0

I’m sunburnt.1

I think I booked the "under cover" seating in case of rain. As it is, the sun reached me about 5pm, so I finished the day in the warmth, and finally had to use my hat and a bit of suncream0 -
Just got no interest in England piling on runs against a barely county level attack.0

Myself & a mate who's hair is conspicuous by it's absence, went to see England v WI at Lord's in 2012.
It was bloody freezing and very dark clouds were overhead all day.
He told me next day he had burnt his head - hilarious.Date & time Detail May-2012 Thu 17 - Mon 21

Mind you, the beer/cider has gone up this year. Glad you can take in a bottle each to compensate!2 - Sponsored links:

Australia are playing India
England are playing Ireland.
One team is going to be undercooked on June 16th.1 -
Went yesterday first experience at Lords. Plenty of beer and sun, cricket from what I saw of it was a bit of a no contest.
Did find it strange to not let Stokes or Bairstow get a bat but I suppose they just want to finish the game asap0 -

They don’t bother coming back after tea.0 -
Stokes to make history today. No captain has ever won a test match without batting bowling or keeping wicket.3

Assuming the numbers 1-7 are inked in, who do you pick as the four bowlers for the first Ashes Test?0

The state of Stokes' knee feels more important than today's play! Every limp and grimace is the main story...2
