@ElfsborgAddick whose the mate? I am treasurer over there and probably know him too. We were promoted to step 6 (Thurlow Nunn) this season for the first time. Got over 100 for the first 2 league games but only 36 for the last now all the leagues have started back up. Experimenting with a couple of Friday night home games to hopefully get a few more in.

    Ginger Steve, comes from Laindon.

He adorned the front cover of a Basildon Town programme earlier in season.

    Spent the weekend in Bilbao.
Deportivo Alavés v Real Oviedo 2-1 on Saturday night
Athletic Bilbao v Villarreal 1-0 last night.

Third trip to the City and it’s a brilliant place. Would recommend it to anyone.

Bought mine both online in advance. Would imagine harder to get Athletic tickets closer to the day than it is Alavés.

Melbourne City 4-0 Perth Glory at AAMI Park. £17.50 entrance then £5.60 for what looked like 2/3s a pint of beer. Low attendance, I presume Victory are the main club in town. They played last night but ground share unfortunately.

  • Corby town v some team from Stourbridge,542 eventually shuffled in to watch a 2-2 draw, good burger 🍔 and good pint, cold and damp by the end.

At Spanish fourth division game Union Adarve v Cacereño. Beautiful day at the Vicente Del Bosque stadium, home of Madrid's fourth team and a large amount of away supporters who have travelled from Extremadura.

The buildings next to the ground are the Cinco Torres,  Madrid's business district and also where the UK embassy is.

Good to see you back watching one of your local teams. Good win for your boys at West Ham  today as well.
