This song is so underrated, well, it seems like it is to me. Use to play it over and over again. tbf apart from take on me they didn't have much else.
Love the piano at the start on this song.1 - Sponsored links:

Noticed that there is quite a few 80s songs that have been covered for Christmas advertising for large shops.
John Lewis with Electric dreams.
some other shop with Erasure - give a little respect. with change lyrics. which pissed me off more than electric dreams, which for me is surprising because apart from the guitar solo (shocking) is one of my favourite songs.

slight turn...well quite a turn... not quite 1 80 but close enough cos originally i wanted to share this classic from a singer/song writer who wrote this beauty of a song. (she also co wrote or wrote herself such classics as "Da Doo Ron Ron", "Be My Baby", "Then He Kissed Me", "Do Wah Diddy Diddy", "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)", "Hanky Panky", "Chapel of Love", "Leader of the Pack", and "River Deep – Mountain High"
She rarely sung which is such a shame and unfortunately this song is out of my price range to get the single due to the A side being some northern soul classic (pricks) think the A side was Baby. alright song but nothing compared to this...
