Last time I saw him was at big Duncan's funeral.
He had a lot of respect for Charlton despite calling himself Millwall.
    RIP big man
Don’t think I’ve ever seen so many people at a funeral
We didn’t even try to get into the chapel, it was packed enough outside.

I remember seeing him up at A&E in QE Woolwich a few times, when he had lost all his weight. I real shadow of his former self, and seemed very sad at the time.
He was left in the waiting room, and no one recognised him or if they did, were to frightened to say anything to him.
    RIP Andy

    Oh, sad news.

I knew Andy well when we used to play football together in the late 70s/early 80s. He was a useful CM in those days, cheery character.
Really pleased for him to achieve what he did later in the darts world.

Can't believe he's gone already. RIP Andy.

Met him at one of the Charlton based darts promotions. He seemed like a nice bloke but it was clear he wasn't well. R.I.P.
