I remember seeing him up at A&E in QE Woolwich a few times, when he had lost all his weight. I real shadow of his former self, and seemed very sad at the time. He was left in the waiting room, and no one recognised him or if they did, were to frightened to say anything to him. RIP Andy
I knew Andy well when we used to play football together in the late 70s/early 80s. He was a useful CM in those days, cheery character. Really pleased for him to achieve what he did later in the darts world.
