VAR doesn't look at stuff and go "that was a bit soft, we'll overturn it". There was contact so referees call and VAR will stick with that. If there had not been any contact then it would have been different.Bostonaddick said:

Unbelievable to see how much pace Sterling had 115 minutes into the game. I don't think any of them looked tired after 120 minutes - especially crazy when you think of the games they've played over the last 2 seasons.5 -

We look so much better than we did even 2 years ago. Phil Foden and Jack Grealish deserve bigger roles in this side but it’s so hard to fit everyone in. I respect that now.We can progress evened further, but for right now English football is in a fantastic place.2
