I'm absolutely convinced that Bloomberg already track my every trade and hedge funds use it as an indicator to take the opposite side.PragueAddick said:The amazing thing there is, how many of us are so close. If you had ten "professional commentators" doing the same forecast, I wonder how many of them would be able to claim 99% accuracy...
I reckon we should start selling our forecasts to the industry, guys

But you may be on to something. I'm certainly going to take more notice of our collective wisdom!0 -
what was the prize for coming first?

As it stands there's 7 people within 1%, 14 within 2%, 24 within 5% and 8 above 5%.
43% of us within 2% is pretty impressive, 75% within 5 % is still pretty good.2 -

Has anyone any views on Zephyr Energy, been told to buy as could rise considerably over coming months0
-
Everything on AIM is a risk - returns can be big but market manipulation is an ever present. Zephyr has already delivered a huge return so I'm not sure what market cap it can head towards.northstandsteve said:Has anyone any views on Zephyr Energy, been told to buy as could rise considerably over coming months
It's often educated guesswork - don't invest money if you're not prepared for the risk. There is some useful info on the message boards if you ignore the rampers/derampers.0 -
looks v blow off toppy tbh.northstandsteve said:Has anyone any views on Zephyr Energy, been told to buy as could rise considerably over coming months0 -
Loads of shares on AIM follow this pattern and a few takeoff. Very easy to lose money.kentaddick said:

I have some some capacity to either start investing, or putting it into different baskets, so I have an array of investments. I’m not talking hundreds of thousands. If anyone has a spare few mins, be greatly appreciated. Understand it’s a vague post, but I have a lot of questions, so if anyone has time, will explain all in DMs, cheers. Nath0

Only a coupe of days to go on the FTSE100 quiz, time to start thinking what you think it will be at year end for the next round.
Did some work on my SIPP at the weekend, since last July I've made considerably more on my SIPP than my net annual salary! Shame I've still got 6-7 years until I can access.0 -

Up again today. At lunch it was at 7114 - less than 20 points away from my (well thought out) guess.1

I'm banking on the cash-futures divergence coming together at the close tomorrow, where futures peaked at about 7155 overnight.golfaddick said:Up again today. At lunch it was at 7114 - less than 20 points away from my (well thought out) guess.1 -
@golfaddick, any funds catching your eyes these days that you recommend?
Predictions for peak growth for the rest of year being Europe in Q3 and Emerging Markets in Q4.
I'm currently holding a very balanced (and more boring than 2020 Growth hunting) portfolio and drip feeding into it each month. Working well and less sleepless nights!0 -
Going the other away again now. Back down to 7087.WishIdStayedinthePub said:

Grrrrr1 -
I'd hazard a guess and say it will end up between 7050 & 7100. So between Large and TelMc32.0

Just let you know that I m spending the rest of the day manipulating the market down a few more points. Sorry guys but it had to be done! 😁
