It takes a special sort of person to criticise other people’s grammar! That person you are criticising may have learning difficulties, have dyslexia or just may not have had a good education because of circumstances! Sometimes it doesn’t take a lot to push someone over the edge & this is a form of humiliation & bullying. Not nice so be kind!45

nothing to do with grammar - i use hyphons coz its easy, not coz i think its grammatically correct - people that say brought instead of bought is just simply a case of using the wrong word - it has been discussed on here before as very irritating so it was a bit tongue in cheek - nothing to get your knickers in a twist aboutSamE7 said:DOUCHER said:

It will depend on how much we want him. We have a “strict budget” but if we want him badly enough and don’t feel there is anyone out there who could be as effective then it’s simple in as much as we push the boat out or miss out.
