Firstly, thanks to Lee Bowyer. I personally will always love him, if only for that great day at Wembley. I'm sad to see him go even if I've been a big critic of his recently.
I would be very happy with Eddie Howe, and happy with Chris Wilder.
Many of you will say that these are unrealistic but the reality is that money and ambition talks. If there really is such a big project in the background from TS then there's no reason why such a 'big manager' wouldn't accept. TS may go for some well-reckoned foreign manager and that would be his choice.
Ultimately, if we don't get a manager who initiates a 'wow, that's great' type reaction from the Charlton fan base then we know that all this talk of Premier League and European competition is just hot air from an (although likeable) overexcited naive owner.

Disagree with what Sandgaard has said in his statement though. If as he says, JJ is in the running, a spell as caretaker is probably as good an interview as you can get.0 -

The interesting comment for me is "Plan for several years ahead" to me that says he wants a manager to take the team forward, with funding behind him, that'll get us to the PL as a minimum. If, and it's s big if, that's what he now plans to do, then perhaps Howe or Wilder are not the 'out of our reach' suggestions I thought they were when people started suggesting them.5

In truth its a shame he has gone. He put up with so much crap in his reign. Just a shame this season has petered out and he has lost his mojo. Will always be grateful for some of the best moments on the pitch in recent times supporting the club.

Out of the names that jumped out at me; (all just my personal opinion, not to be taken too seriously)
A list-
Howe and Wilder. 95% sure they wouldn't have any interest but if there's any chance then make it happen.
B list-
-Cowleys (not sure why so many are negative about them? They are adaptable and not necessarily hoofball merchants. I think a lot of people look at Huddersfield's final league position and don't realise that they were right in the relegation mix when they Cowleys took over.
-Daniel Stendel-Ryan Lowe-JJ or Euell and assess their performance until the end of the season.-A foreign manager, chosen by someone with more knowledge of these people than me. Clubs like Barnsley and Brentford have had a lot of success by implementing a long term playing style which managers are recruited to work towards.

But you are so wrong my friend. You'll be surprised who'll want the job. We now have a good owner, with money, and big ambitions. We are in London, one of the top Capital cities of the world. We have a decent stadium which can be extended to seat around 35k.
We are more attractive than Portsmouth for a start.21 -
