Worst thing is Southall passed his ODT and I'm not sure he's done anything since to fail it. If as an assumption Farnell failed his at Charlton because he was appointed to the board of ESI before submitting to the test then he could pass at another clubAndyG said:

I can't believe Farnell and Southall would be in this together. We know that Farnell wanted in to ESI1 but without Southall, and wasn't he around on the night of the long knives when Southall was ejected? But I could believe Farnell is involved, though the first I heard of it was on opening this page.1

As I said the other day, the EFL have been warned. If they even let him apply for the OADT then they are not fit for purpose. I think the dossier on him should be passed to Wigan fans & the EFL.charltonbob said:

I'm sceptical about this, but Wigan would be an obvious club for Farnell to try and get involved with. After all he's not trying to be the owner, just the middle man/legal adviser
