If Weds do get -12 then:
- we beat Birmingham,
- Shef Weds lose to Fulham
- Luton or Hull win (ie it is not a draw)
- Barnsley fail to beat either Leeds or Forest in their next two
Then we are safe before the trip to Leeds.
All except our game seem highly likely to me.4 -

Sue Parkes was allowed to go to the Hull game but for some reason the Hull back four and Goalkeeper werent allowed at the game tonight?6 -

That doesn't seem fair - if the 12 point deduction is applied this season and they stay up then where's the punishment?2 -

Blimey, I'm exhausted from following those games tonight! Nervous times for tomorrow but believe in Bowyer and the boys.2
-
Im going to be isolating tomorow night at least until the game is over, I value my sanity far too much1
-
Luton drawing was a good result for us. Just need to win tomorrow now.... Easy.1

Hope they get into the Playoffs if it helps to keep us up0

It's not a 'however many points it needs to relegate a team' deduction.5 -

Now they can't mathematically finish in the bottom 3 before the deduction, some league tables i've seen have already applied the -12.0 -

We're not going up, so no need to worry yourself too much4 -
IF we beat Birmingham and Luton-Hull draw then I think we can consider ourselves safe on 49pts with Luton, Hull and Barnsley all but guaranteed to finish below us.
Barnsley would need 7 points from Leeds/Nottm/Brentford to finish above us (6 points and they'd draw level but with woeful GD)
Hull and Luton could then only equal our 49 but again with appalling GD
What this also means is that we don't have to rely on points deductions going our way.
Plenty of twists and turns left in this campaign but with any points return at Wigan or Leeds looking a tall order, those two results alone could be enough.4 -
Luton are still a danger. They could win their last two - Hull and Blackburn.
If we beat Wigan we will finish above them.1 -

Looking at the fixtures every 5 minutes.
Just had another work out and I've got us, Wigan and Huddersfield all on 49pts.
Only Barnsley and Hull below. Huddersfield would drop on GD unless we get thumped by Leeds/Wigan.0 -

*credit to wikipedia, I couldn't remember the detail of the rest of their season, just that they won their next game.
