    Remember this well, sat in the main stand with a few others, they played the Nigel’s a couple of weeks later in the fa cup final, we are all singing “your gonna win the cup”, they were all shaking hands and swapping scarves through the fences, like a clapping guard of honour after the game on the way back to the station

    Great pictures Amos. Was at all of the games except the 5 a side....

    Amazing how old the grounds look (Highbury) and how bad the pitches look (Old Trafford).

    Guilty m'lud. Got roped into it somehow. Wimbledon had a corner, half the Charlton team looked around to see what was going on and Wimbledon scored in the confusion.

    My memory of the Wimbledon game at Plough Lane was walking around the back of the stand from the home end to the away end when Jimmy Hill popped out of the Director's box and an exchange of views took place, with Mr Hill quickly nipping back to where he came from.

    This was my earliest memory of supporting Charlton 

    my dad had taken me to a few games prior, both home and away, but this one sticks out in the memory.  

    The other game I remember well from that season is beating Derby in the penultimate game 3-0 to stay up

    I am pretty certain those are the toilets at the Sam Bartram entrance.....behind the old scoreboard.

    I see now that several other posters have already confirmed that.
