So have we terminated Leko's loan or not? I thought we had, if so it would seem odd to me that his loan would be on different terms to Field.0
-
Considering Field was meant to come back to us then re-twisted his knee with the baggies, that one isn't our fault... 🤷♂️DOUCHER said:

He’s not out for the season, looking for a late February return. I expect us to keep him.DOUCHER said:my man in the know (mitk from now on) - has confirmed that he was told field is out for the season and has told me who told him so i very much doubt it's not right

Now I remember who he is, good player, would be a decent signing.ForeverAddickted said:He's the idiot that almost chopped his finger off0 -

You sure he is not getting mixed up with Leko. A lot of evidence seems to suggest Field will be staying.DOUCHER said:my man in the know (mitk from now on) - has confirmed that he was told field is out for the season and has told me who told him so i very much doubt it's not right
Though maybe it depends on who we get in over this transfer window, and if we need that loan spot more urgently.1 -
Sarcasm like that is what doesn’t help you.DOUCHER said:
was told the night we played swansea by my 'man in the know' who i watched the game with on tv - i can't remember where he got the info from or even whether he told me who told him - he's got a number of club insiders and i think i can guess where this one has come from - but wouldn't have been direct from the baggies - i've just text him to ask if he's certain and will report back - sorry if i've upset anybody and will try and get physio names, hospital details, scan references etc of course but may take a while to compile the complete dossier - bear with me, pleaseSage said:Doucher said he was out for the season, didn’t see anyone else say it. His treatment remains at West Brom, so unless he is claiming to have inside knowledge at the Baggies, I doubt anyone knows the extent right now. I don’t.
The point being, you’re the only one who has said he’s out for the season. Cawley for example, is normally very good and right on top of these things, just the same as when Leko got injured and we found he’s out for the season and some of next. Just the same as I get asked and questioned, when passing on information, others are entitled to question the validity. That’s not saying you’re wrong, and I’m not saying you are either. I’ve said I don’t know the extent because the treatment and information will come from the West Brom end. But it’s only right to question it when one person has said so, and there’s no supporting information behind a statement.21 -
Clear the dancefloor. It's an ITK-off.cafcfan1990 said:

That wouldn't surprise me. I suspected he migjt be in the mix. Move back to London. He was linked with us a few times in the Parky / Powell era. This would certainly mean Field is off.FAVADDICK said:John bostock being linked with a loan move
Hardly featured for Forest. Thought he did well against us ibn the league game0 -

Bostock changed the game and dictated the play when he came on as a sub for Forest earlier in the season.3

The names we are being linked doesn't seem like we have as much money as some people originally thought.6

I doubt players are desperate to sign for us at present.Curbey said:The names we are being linked doesn't seem like we have as much money as some people originally thought.1 -
Agreed. Can’t believe we haven’t signed Kane and Sterling yet.Curbey said:The names we are being linked doesn't seem like we have as much money as some people originally thought.4 -
I included Amos because I wasn't sure as I remember CL folk saying don't waste a loan on a reserve keeper ?shine166 said:Amos is ours
The 8 loanees must be quality and already fit, not ex decent players that haven't played for a year. If we have new dynamic owners why isn't a bid made for Cullen now?it would free up another place and show we have ambition. Josh should be fit in February !
I rate Sam Field and see him as a successor to Darren Pratley; if West Bromwich get promoted then a bid for him in the Summer may be the best option when we will know if he's injury prone or just unlucky.
Football acumen and Business acumen need to dove tail this Month for Cafc.

My mate, a West Ham fan just text me saying it looks like Cullen is signing a new deal for Hammers!

The ExWHUemployee guy on Twitter who is seen as one of West Ham’s most itk fans has said it looks like Cullen will be signing a new deal with them soon.creepyaddick said:My mate, a West Ham fan just text me saying it looks like Cullen is signing a new deal for Hammers!

Whilst i'd be stunned if it did happen, i don't think we could get a better striker at this level than Gayle_MrDick said:Dwight Gayle not in the Newcastle match day squad today. Talkshite commentary team speculating he might be off #JustWondering #HighlyUnlikely

Getting him on a longer deal increases his sale value to WHU both now and especially in the summer.mart77 said:

So they can get more money for him , when we put our bid in.0 -

8 loans is possible but the loaning clubs won't be keen.
They expect their players to at least be in the 18 when fit.
OK, when fit is a big ask but imagine being the manager of a premier club taking a call from Gallen saying "we want your young prospect as our 8th loan".

Bostock is a typical “Curbs” signing. A boy who lost his way and is “hungry and angry”.
if Bows could get the best out of him then he could be a master stroke.
dwight Gayle would be a dream but I’d suspect he is out of our league however at 30 years of age this year he might just want to go and play football and get his final decent contract - whether we can afford him is unknown
Ronan Curtis would be a very welcome addition to the squad. Very decent and a great eye for goal. Proper shithousery As well and we all need a wind-up merchant to get behind.16
