Just keep on mind that no one on here thought we would sell out the away tickets, "anyone that wants one will get one" was banded around.  No one imagined we would sell 20,000 home tickets 10 days ago.  The club are obviously supprised as well.  They can't just "put tickets on sale".

Regardless of the ownership I think we need to give all concerned a bit of slack on this one.  Saying that it IS the owners fault we didn't expect to sell out a home semi final.

"Once those tickets are sold, it will mean that well over 24,000 Addicks will pack out the stands at Friday’s big game. The remaining seats in the previously-closed block of the West Stand were due to go on sale on Monday, but were snapped up by internal sales, including family and friends of playing and coaching staff, leading to the decision being made to open up the Jimmy Seed Stand to home supporters for the first time since 2012."

I joist hope they are going to open the East Stand toilets nearest to the JS stand.........and clean them first. been shut for almost 2 years.
Imagine if someone did a particularly smelly dump, and the odour has been brewing for 2 years
Got me questioning if I flushed the loo last time I went in there now

Yes, considering none of us expected so many tickets to be sold, it's unfair to attack the club for not having the JS seats available earlier.

Indeed the ticket sales have been a real eye opener. Anyone can shift a load of Wembley tickets, selling out a home and away semi against Doncaster is much more impressive, and shows the latent support the club still has

I think they took them off sale with a few remaining and announced it as sold out.

Can we actually get to 27,111 as I assume some seats will need to be take off sale for the segregation on the JS?

Balls of an Ox, my other half has just told me she was gonna get me a ticket for my birthday on Sunday, but tried to buy it an hour ago...

Which also means she'd set me free from Friday night's prior engagements...

Regardless of our views on the owner etc, 99% of the staff work extremely hard. Hats off to them in my view, it’s them that have kept the place running and let’s be honest buying a ticket home or away has not been difficult for us punters

Cant wait for Friday, my youngest will finally see the valley truly rocking.

It can't be that as they will have to separate the 2 sets of fans.

Looks good for at least 26500 though

Won't be. Will lose a few hundred in the Jimmy seed due to having a sterile area between the 2 sets of fans. Will be well over 26k though.

Amusing that Doncaster still have 92 seats available for JS Block D.

    It'll be like Fulham.

It may not be the last time - but deffo was for Stevenage. I think it was the game where BWP broke his scoring duck.

    Who knows ?
But I do know there will still tickets showing available, when they took them off sale, in order to be able to do their admin.
I can't remember how many, think it was something like 30.
