What is happening with our support for this game is really quite incredible. That’s around 600-700 South Stand tickets sold since 5pm.
I’m convinced if our ground was bigger and better availability had been there over the last five days, we’d be looking at a crowd with 30k plus Charlton supporters in the ground. I’m not fully convinced we would have bettered this when in the Premier League.21 -

No print at home/scan from home for that stand though so let’s just assume we’ll miss the first 10-minutes because of Rolunds horrendous understaffing and general shitness1,000 seats in blocks D,E,F,K and L will become available in The Valley's south stand, which is usually exclusively reserved for visiting supporters.
Once those tickets are sold, it will mean that well over 24,000 Addicks will pack out the stands at Friday’s big game. The remaining seats in the previously-closed block of the West Stand were due to go on sale on Monday, but were snapped up by internal sales, including family and friends of playing and coaching staff, leading to the decision being made to open up the Jimmy Seed Stand to home supporters for the first time since 2012.
Jimmy Seed stand tickets will not be able to be printed at home or sent via the post and must be collected from the Valley's Ticket Office which will reopen at 9am on Wednesday morning. If tickets remain, they will also be available to purchase in person from the Ticket Office.
Click here to get your hands on the last few remaining tickets from 5pm on Tuesday.
Supporters who are attending Friday evening's match are reminded to leave plenty of time to enter the ground due to the higher-than-usual attendance and are also urged to avoid bringing bags, if possible, to ease security checks upon entrance.
East Stand ticket holders should be aware that there will be no entrance available via Landsdowne Mews and must enter the ground via the East Stand Harvey Gardens turnstiles.
The Landsdowne Mews entrance will be reserved for home fans in the Jimmy Seed Stand.

If Mick Everett wasn’t still there to explain how to do this, the JS stand wouldn’t be open to Charlton fans. Well done, Mick.
We may struggle to get to 26,000 because of the shortfall in Donny sales plus the segregation, but after five years of nonsense it’s a huge statement of support for the club by fans. We’ll basically have double the crowd for Shrewsbury last year.57 -

It will be @26,500.
Is that enough to be more than Crystal Palarse’s largest gate this season; and
more than Sunderland v Pompey in the play off match ?
bragging rights is everything .4 -

Just like we did when we were in prem and they were nearly in administration and being relegated.

Turns out there are at least 10,000 Tottenham supporting taxi drivers. Maybe Katrien wasn't such an idiot after all.3

Please don’t turn this thread into a Palace fest.
Uplifting thread, don’t want the Palarse word getting anywhere near it !4 -

Been a long time since I’ve had ‘that feeling’ supporting Charlton. Sending out a huge well done to each and everyone one that has bought a ticket for this match, truly astounding figures taking all the years of crap in to consideration, brilliant effort! Gutted work prevents me from coming down1

So wt great f is going on this year. We all still want him out but the few games I have seen, been at heard about on CL the support has been amazing. I think LB and JJ are factors. I think the team performances have helped. We still all hate the regime, no doubt. I do think something else, all positive has gone on for the game on Friday night. Sorted out train times ( proppa Charlton) got me ticket (thx Paul). Buzzing for Friday night, drink ear kkk y get there early and fkin enjoy. If someone sings a pro team anti Roland song after we have won I'm there. Roland out but COYR.2

We surely must have record receipts for this game.1
