Because he's the wrong side of 30, almost out of contract and has only been playing with one leg for the last season and a half. He has had a chronic hip injury for the last 3 years.paulie8290 said:How are Spurs only getting £9 million for Dembele

2 years ago he was one of the best midfielders in the world. That was 2 years ago. Injuries take their toll.0

A couple of bits of trivia:
Burnley became only the 5th club in the history of the PL to win a game without having had a shot on target - even if they do try and claim that the shot for the first was going in anyway. And the first to score twice doing so.
The prolific striker Shane Long's last 4 goals for Southampton (almost 2 years to score them) have come under 4 different Managers.2 -
