    Enjoyed that.
  • Not really watched as much over xmas as normal, but 2 cracking matches last night. Dobey was class and thought he was going to beat Anderson, Lewis just wasn't consistent enough and MVG came back like a true champ but still both over 100 averages MVG 108
  • Always does it, nothing wrong with a bit of character! I like Dimitri Van bergs
  • Looks like he's enjoying himself, all good fun. Another great comeback from Aspinall though.
  • Come on Joyce!!
  • And as i post that, Wade completely ups his game and nicks the 2nd set. Wanker.

Wade just missed five match darts (ho ho ho) ... Joyce takes the sixth set and we're into a deciding set ...

  • Joyce hits D4 to win the final set 3-1 and completes a lovely comeback win, 4-3.

Bye bye Wadey, don't let the door hit you on the arse on the way out.

He sulked off. Poor really. I can forgive him for the match against Asada. People make mistakes and he had an excuse that was reasonable. But you shouldn’t keep making mistakes and make yourself look a twat.
  • Cheerio James.

Well played Joyce, not giving him much hope against van Gerwen though!
  • QF line-up:

    MVG v Joyce

    Jamie Lewis/Chizzy v Anderson

    Cross/Humphries v Ryan Searle/Michael Smith

    Aspinall v Dolan

Looking at that you'd think it'll be MVG or Anderson taking on Rob Cross in the final although Bully Boy will probably fancy his chances of making it through.

    Beat me to it.
He turned away from Joyce and shrugged to his family, then barely touched Joyce hand.
I think everyone else shakes hands, says well done & gives their opponent a man hug.
He really is a see you next Tuesday.

Yeah, I think he'll do well to score nil.

It will be a great payday for him and he must move up the rankings

    Chisnall v Anderson
    Humphries v Smith
    Aspinall v Dolan
  • Controversy- I love the darts. This year anyone can and is beating everyone. The real stars are going.
Last year Taylor lost ( only my opinion and no slight on the great Phil Taylor) but could he have really won it if he wanted to?
The PDC did not want Taylor winning it as he was retiring.
All the publicity was Rob Cross is the future. He is not, he is no better than most others on the circuit.
