Pickford’s kicking is making Deano’s look like Jonny Wilkinson’s.

She doesn’t get much right but Give her her due, she was so right and wasn’t a liar.

Her legacy of we are watching the Premiership stars of the future...Gomez and Lookman side by side.

Really got to get over it and turn a new leaf

Everton the better side, that’s harsh.
Want to see the goal again, not sure whether Pickford could do much

Pickford is Englands number 1 and he is making errors like that.

    Poor from Pickford

It was going over. Proper balls up that.

They keep saying it's a Pickford howler. Think he's just been very unlucky.

He stopped it going out for a goal kick. Could have made sure and tipped it over. That’s a howler.

How can people say Pickford was unlucky.

Either he leaves it if he thinks its going over or he jumps and tips it over.

    It was poor poor keeping
  • Oh dear... that was out of play if he bloody left it!!

Yep thought Pickford was unlucky at first but he's dropped a clanger there. Should've tipped it over for a corner.

The worst goal I think I've seen this season... total miscue from Van Dijk and then THAT from Pickford.

I started watching at 94:30. Told the wife "Wow, I didn't miss much." Ten seconds later.....

    Agree it was a howler

Pickford probably didn’t want to give them a corner

That said there were also 10 Everton players that done nothing at that time. Only person in the 6 yard box was the scorer - all ball watching

I hopped on the main Everton fan board to take a look.... needless to say it's an entertaining read.

Looked like it was gonna land on the crossbar to me without Pickford touching it, and then it could have gone anywhere, so I make him right for trying to get hands on it. If he'd knocked it out for a corner then it would have been sensible goalkeeping. But yeah, keeping it in play is admittedly a howler, just don't understand how he's managed to do that, it must have been pretty difficult to manage not to put it out of play.

The happiest person in the world right now is Declan Rudd.

He will. He ran to the middle of the pitch before the match was over. Imagine if managers did that after every goal? Should get a one game ban.

He could’ve maybe done better with it but it’s still a difficult one.
You can be a keeper for 30+ years and odds are you’ll never experience something like that.

Everton not beaten Liverpool in 18 games, worse than us against Millwall??

The difference being that Liverpool are generally better than Everton and should beat them more often than not, whereas we'd still find a way to lose to Scumwall if we were top of the Premier League and they were bottom of the Dog & Duck Lewisham Sunday Under 8s League.

Definitely worse as they have been in the same division.
