Presumably that's after he's started at the bottom and worked his way up

Asked about the BME issue, Campbell stated this at the press conference

"As long as I do a good job and do it professionally and people see the quality, and see who I really am, then I think that’s all you can do in football. I always rated him highly as a defender, not sure about his post playing career or attitude .. be interesting to see what he makes of the 'Silkmen' job.
Macclesfield is a very old established club and deserves a break or two .. I suspect the novelty will soon wear off for the club owners, the fans and Campbell .. we will see
