    I would imagine anyone on a suspended sentence would face the same? Don't know for sure, I'm sure others can enlighten us?

    Edit - just re-read your link. I think he forgot to mention that, while pushing a lot of speculation as fact. About as reliable as Donald Trump.

    He’s very well know over here . Former leader of the EDL a nasty far right group . He lives about 15 miles away from me . Been inside before .

    Not a fan in the least, but don't get why there is a media blackout on trials like the one he was outside. Firstly it feeds people like him not silences them, we as a nation have problems and without addressing them we can't get rid of the likes of the EDL.

    Rumours he has been jailed for 13 months.

    A few people(his people) have started a free Tommy hashtag and are saying he is tbe biggest target in Britain and if he goes to prison will be killed

    A blackout can be issued where there are a series of related trails. The intent is to prevent the verdict of one trial influencing the verdict of other trials. It makes sense to me, but it does create the issue here, I don’t think they can explain why the blackout was deemed necessary until all the trials are complete.

    Stephen Yaxley-Lennon has been in prison multiple times before so he knows how it works.

    He had a suspended sentence for contempt of court, filmed himself committing another contempt of court and so went to jail.

    Quite right too. His actions might lead to the accused getting a mistrial.

    The extent that the authorities have gone to cover up this issue are scary enough, but this is seriously terrifying.

    It will turn out to be a massive own goal, particularly if the individual concerned is harmed whilst in prison. Many people will want to know what offence has been committed - because it looks, rightly or wrongly, like this person is a political prisoner and that the authorities are pursuing a sinister agenda where they prosecute people for thought crimes.

    True, but the recent BBC dramatisation will have sickened all but those that partake in this sort of thing, regardless of their religion or ethnic background.

    We know what crime was commited tho

    As stated above he had a suspended sentence for contempt of court.

    And during that Suspened Setence he commited another contempt of court so he had to be sent down

    One other thing, post trial if the national media report on the convictions and trial then it shows there was a reason for the blackout.

    The old trying to make the scumbag look like the victim routine. Media blackouts occur for very good reasons, to protect from mis trials and protect the innocent. There's no big conspiracy or authority abuse of power. Contempt of court abuse can lead to immediate prison sentence. Has always been such.

    Yaxley-Lennon committed contempt of court. He knew what contempt of court was because he was convicted of it last year.

    Yaxley-Lennon hasn't been sent to prison to serve the suspended sentence for racism but because he committed contempt of court.

    I highly doubt that. Can you link to any reliable sources with facts that show this? More likely to be 85% of current suspects in the public eye are Asian males.
