    Eagles and Foles playing out of their mind. Pats played "okay." I suspect this is the Eagles' peak and the Pats beat them solidly in 2 weeks.

    They may well prove me wrong again but I can’t see the Eagles getting a glimmer of hope v the Pats, the odds of Foles playing close to this level again are tiny.

    Fuck off ref. 2 eagles players both with about 4-5 inches on Smith try to push him over after the play and he stays up. Barr comes over and floors one and he gets the only flag.

    I’ve accepted defeat now, just reflecting but the ridiculous coach interviewing system in the NFL can’t help can it, Shurmur comes in to it knowing he has a head coaching job no matter what, same goes for the Pats DC of course but it must have some kind of effect on the mindset of players and coaches.

    A lot of people writing off the eagles already for the super bowl even though I imagine they were written off before last nights demolition of the Vikings.

    They are the underdogs and as a fan of American Football, I am rooting for the underdog.

    Fair play to Philly and Foles was outstanding. Hope they win it now but unfortunately they are playing the Patriots so its unlikely.Eagles generally available at 2-1 but I'd want better odds than that to consider backing them.
