I think this window will see the few remaining non UK players shipped out, so can see a need for a couple of centre backs.
Tex has to go- his wage alone can pay for 2 maybe 3 players wages at this level.
Bauer was one of my biggest disappointments this season, i thought he would boss league 1 but he was exposed more than any other defender, i still think there is a good player in there and would keep him but not sure if KR wants him.

Leaves us with Pearce and Lennon (who hasn't played for a season) so i expect we'll be linked with a few defenders7 -

I think Konsa would be perfect for the role played by Luiz at Chelsea and Dier at Spurs. Centre of the back 3, plays almost as a sweeper. He's the one to bring the ball out of defense and forms up with the wing backs /CM 2 to start attacks.Chef_addick said:

Never seen Nathan play, at least not knowingly although he presumably was involved in the televised game vs Swindon that got Slade the old Spanish archer.
Despite having a big surplus of them back in August, I suspect several centre backs will be leaving and with Lennon and Pearce both lefties, a right footed centre back, especially one who can cover for Solly at right back, would seem a sensible purchase. Lots of experience at this level and a club captain, fitting with Powell's successful policy of signing plenty of leaders, but still a good age.
On the face of it he seems the right kind of target .

Thompson isn't a bad player but I don't think he'd fit in with Robinsons style. Played right back and centre back for Swindon in the past. But as people have said he's a bit small for a centre back. At right back from what I've seen he's not really one to venture forward much.1

Spoke to my mate who's a Swindon fan (he also told me about Ajose signing for them on loan a while before it happened). He said that Thompson to Portsmouth has been a strong rumour for a while.1
