Left my lunch box on the train from Eltham to Victoria this morning, I've alerted TFL and South Eastern railways to the matter, if there are any delays on the trains today I think it might be due to them searching for it, sorry in advance guys.

If seen please alert a member of staff but do not approach it as the beef in there will be very warm and possibly smelly.

    ps its green

Think I saw it, does it have a picture of Ben 10 on it?

Fantastic! and there was me giving up hope!
  • Nearly keeled over on the Charing X train from Charlton after the game last night - s**th€@st*rn were showing useful information on the scrolling indicator things inside the train!! FFS they've been running that rolling stock with that technology for the better part of a decade and finally making use of it
But there's been all sorts of strangeness around SE7 this last week or so, football broke out twice at the Valley AND Charlton scored goals, had a slice or 2 of luck and won games too!!
Is it just us? Me missus thinks we've slipped into a parallel universe.

If the beef is green then it's either been there longer than you will admit or you are really going to upset the veggies on the other thread because you're eating an entirely new species of animal/plant hybrid which might have feelings and be self aware.

What was going on, on the Kent bound trains last night, after the game, as the platform was empty, but everyone was being kept by the police outside?

With a username named after part of the line affected I feel I should contribute to this thread.

I feel so stupid for not spotting that sooner. Your username had been intermittently driving me nuts every time I saw you post on a thread I was viewing.

Thanks for putting me out of my misery

It took me 10 minutes and it was on my second attempt but I have worked it out.
  • Expect delays on Bexleyheath line going up town, train been at the station for ten minutes due to a incident on a train further up the line.

They were all coming up the Bexley line this morning. You can tell they were meant for the Bexleyheath line as none of them had been cleaned!

no service on the bexleyheath line because of ANOTHER land slide in the barnehurst area, i dont see why they cant make a permanent repair to this as they charge near 60 quid a week for a 1-6 travel card crooks.

Fortunately I checked the SE website this morning before I left for Welling station. Got the wife to drive me to Sidcup instead and got the 7.39 which got into Cannon Street about an hour later, so roughly the same time as I would have been in normally! And because the Welling train was cancelled rather than delayed I bet the thieving bastards won't even pay their 2p compensation.

Photos of the landslide, looks like it has effected signal equipment, think it could be closed longer than a day

And if not, they just cancel the train.

Or cancel it as it approaches the 30 minute mark...

i think its disgusting that stretch of track has had these issues for many years not exactly the 1st time it has happened, but they obviously dont do enough to prevent it happening again.
